Inexistent Customer Support
Update 04/04 I got an email from one of the founders apologizing for the lack of response as they were undergoing updates, they issued 55% reimbursement to compensate for the entire issue...so I revised and edited my review.
I can’t review the products because my package has been stuck at the local FedEx warehouse for 10 days. Regimen Lab charged VAT (I’m in the EU) but failed to provide the required IOSS documents to either FedEx or me. I contacted customer support by email and through their website over a week ago and received no response. I even commented on their Instagram—got a quick reply from their media team promising to pass it on, but still no follow-up. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid.
