Rude drivers who dont speak in English
They said we dont take break because we are in late
I dont really understand why is this our fault but its seemed like the only solution was punishing us with riding for 8-10 hours without any break.

So in Bratislava I asked him and now he was aggresive

So what the hell is this excatly? Bus to the jail? Because thats how we be treatened.

The train was grim. I suspect it was rolling stock from Stalin’s time. Toilets were dirty and smelly.

Very unreliable. It usually arrives very late and you cannot cancel reservation after the scheduled arrival even if you have to wait for another hour or more due to a delay.

Trip from Prague to Vienna changed our seats didn’t tell us and then forced us to move, separating our family. Acting on train as if we were at fault. Then when I wrote to them claimed to have sent an email telling us about seat change.

Basically one of the worst experiences on a train, No air condition was turned on and when I complained to the team leader on the train he turned it on for 5 min and then turned it off on a 5 hour train ride with more 35 degrees Celsius outside.
They can afford to pay huge bonuses to CEO's but are not able to fix a air-conditioning ..... Seriously This represents a health hazard but apparently they are no concerned of peoples health, but this leaves them open to different law suits.
Whoever experienced this problems please write me and maybe we can gather more people for a case action lawsuit.
Expect more for your money and from the company, if they can't adhere then they should make room for companies that can

Terrible service and bad support
Used to be new fresh wind on the railway market in czech republic and I used them from the very beginning. But my last trip was the very last I ever made with them. Not only do you have a super high chance of smelling the toiler within the whole train (happened to pretty much every time in recent history), but they can also change your seat to a totally different one without any compensation despite being much worse. Support is also a joke and you can clearly see that they do not care about their customer experience.

The crew was very rude, when you get on the train with a big suitcase there’s no room for the suitcase because there were a lot of water bottles in the place to put the suitcase.

On 28/06/2023, I was scheduled to travel with regiojet, which was supposed to depart from Brno Station to Vienna at 11:48 AM. However, I regret to inform you that the train suffered a delay of 15 minutes, resulting in a departure time of 12:03 PM.
What troubles me even more is the fact that the displayed departure time remained unchanged both on your website and the monitor at the station. As a vigilant passenger, I closely monitored the departure time, relying on the information provided. Imagine my dismay when the train departed earlier than expected, without any prior announcement or update on the monitors..
Frustrated and unable to board the train, I immediately sought assistance at thier front office to inquire about a refund for the unused ticket. To my utter disappointment, I was informed by their representative that a refund would not be granted. This response was not only disheartening but also left me questioning the level of customer service and fairness demonstrated by this organization

Travelled from Liptovsky Mikulas to Prague in Regiojet morning train which was delayed by around 30 minutes. The staff is absolutely useless and rude. They don't even help a bit. 2 male staffs have an attitude like they own the train, why did they even get this work?

Overall quite a good experience for the cost, I payed for Budapest - Vienna train 21 EUR for business class journey, where you get a comfortable seat, water, welcome drink and free coffee on request. Price of food onboard is very low and seeing it first time I didn’t believe it, as some things were cheaper than in Hungarian retail shops. Staff on board was fine, although many complain about them being rude, Incas experience they performed quite well and polite. The experience was more pleasant than with ÖBB on the same route, where you would pay more for ÖBB second class while getting much worse service.

We booked a trip from vienna to prague. At first everything was nice but in the middle of the journey we wanted to have some drinks out of the kitchen.
The were not able to bring us 6 drinks in more then one and a half hours🙃 Furthermore the communication was very difficult even with very good english from the group of ours👎
Last but not least i recommend to spend 10€ more to ride with the ÖBB.

This company discriminates agains slovak citizens who are disabled they will not accept their disability ID card yet they will accept it for czech citizens! Illegal discrimination based on nationality and disability !

Rude Staff. I had to wait 2 hours for the order. And than when I asked a staff member he replied with the most sarcastic way. When the order came she said that her colleague didn't see me there when I didn't move from my seat at all. I will not recommend this company ever again.
horrible customer service
I was travelling from Budapest to Vienna on your train service. 3 minutes before departure, we were announced that there was no heating in that car and that we should leave and find a place somewhere else on the train. After Kelenföld it became clear that the train is fully booked, however, I do not understand why we were sent out to find places for ourselves on a fully booked train. After most of us were made to stand up and give the found places to those who actually has reservations for those places we decided to go back to the car that had no heating and travel for 2.5 hours in no more than 15 degrees.
When we reached Vienna Meidling those who wanted to get off went to the door. A staff member came to the door and left without opening it, and another was just standing by the next door. The passengers were expecting them to open the door (as this has been the practice in the past 1.5 years) but the train started to move again. I turned to a staff member and asked if we just left Meidling. He said yes. I asked him what he think, why are passengers standing there with luggage if not to get off and why did he watch us miss the station when it was so obvious we are there to get off. He answered that it is not his responsibility to open the door and that we should have opened it ourselves. In 5 minutes we arrived at Vienna Hauptbahnhof and he came to open the door. He could not open it because it was broken. (Probably the college who came at Meidling also found this out and just forgot to inform us about getting off at another door.) He ran to other doors and tried to open them. He found that all the 2 doors of the first car and the first door of the second car he could not open. Finally, somebody opened it from the outside.
It is one thing if the door is broken or if the heating does not run, but it is a whole different story how the staff reacts to such inconveniences. I wonder if a crew cannot tell that the train is fully booked, nor can they open the door what are they doing there?
