Great customer service. There was an issue with my video track and they were promot and responsive in fixing the issue. Very high quality track.

They could not provide the track I wanted so they very humbly offered another track which I wanted in exchange. They agreed soulfully and without any questions. The second track they provided was excellent in quality and beautifully done. Thanks for their support and humble and helpful communication. So understanding. Will buy from them in future when required. Will always recommend.

After so many Karaoke maker's online search, I found the one Regional Karaoke with more accuracy and excellent video track making. I definitely recommend to those who love karaoke singing.

Tracks are clean and authentic. Scale is appropriate for normal singers.

I always go to them when I need karaoke tracks. 99% of the time they have my tracks and if they don’t they offer to customize. Good quality tracks and always original. Great and prompt service which I appreciate.

Their customer service has gone down a few notches over time.I had a customised track made which, though well made, didnt have volume. Having asked a few times to increase it didn’t help, I did mention the overall volume needed to be louder and it doesn’t sound like the tracks we find on youtube, I was told it was because those tracks online were mixed and mastered! Why would anyone pay for getting customised tracks if we were to mix and master them ourselves!
Every request for any change required multiple follow ups, and though I was told they were working on it (excuses on lines of musician/s being away) they did not make the effort to close loops, this despite my saying I’d leave a review.
Even though staff are nice and respectful I would not recommend given the way they treat a returning customer by not fixing issues or addresing questions despite paying heavily for customised tracks.

I was looking for some rare tamil songs tracks, happen to come across Regional and after listening to a few samples I decided to shop and bingo, I managed to find the track that I was looking for sometime and trust me,
I was quite skeptical as worried about scam, but no regrats, Tracks were clean. And fast response..

Will definitely shop and will get some Customisation too
