I ordered a beautiful flower bouquet through their website but at first it wasn't delivered by DHL and the parcel got stuck at the depot for 4days. But kindly Regionsflorist have sorted another lovely bouquet for my mother to receive. She was very happy. For me this was the best way to give my mother a gift on Mother's day. I purchased pink roses to send to my boyfriend over Easter, due to it being a busy period I think the delivery was slightly delayed meaning that the flowers were a little limp. However, when I spoke to their lovely customer service team they were super apologetic and helpful and sent a replacement bouquet which arrived the next day and were fresh and beautiful. They even let me choose red roses as the replacement one and gave me shipment updates and checked in with me afterwards. Lovely company and very friendly! Would buy from them again 🤍✨

We have used this company twice to order flowers for delivery in Germany (we live in the UK). The selection of flowers available is excellent and the whole online ordering process is easy and very straightforward. Our friends who received the flowers were delighted with the quality and freshness of the flowers. We will certainly use them again.

I’ve ordered 30 red roses for my mother’s birthday some time in advance to make sure they are delivered on time for the 5th of March. My mother is mentally disabled and in a home and I live abroad in the UK.

It is the 9th now and the roses have not been delivered yet. I contacted customer services who have told me to wait until they arrive and then send a photo of the state they are in.... have I mentioned my mother is mentally disabled and I am not there how are we supposed to take a photo of the roses?!

I have sent several messages to their customer service explaining this and that I want them to send fresh roses or to give me a refund, but have nothing heard back.

Shame on you Regionsflorist, you have no sympathy.

I wanted to send flowers internationally from the United States to Germany for my grandmother’s 90th birthday. The flowers & chocolates arrived on time and were beautiful. She received flowers from others in the family but the flowers that I sent through Regionsflorist were are the best! Thank you helping to make this very special occasion wonderful! I recently experienced some problems with an orchid order which unfortunately arrived frozen and fully damaged due to unusually low temperature.
