I will never cease praising, endorsing and expressing how we've been very much satisfied with our stay at the Horizon Ridge Parkway Office (especially for Front Desk Coordinator Debbie, who has always been the only one that made it a deciding factor to stay for the longest time).

I tried 2x to purchase online. I was charged and nothing was ever sent as confirmation. This is a business! It's insane how many scammy spammy crap emails I've received from people from this company spamming my inbox to sell me crap that I've already been charged for and have no agreement from this company. Watch yourself when you do business with them. They have a slick site that doesn't work and people who spam your email inbox constantly.

I have been contacted by another 6 different people to join the Regus company for my business needs, which I have tried to do unsuccessfully.
Not only am I consistently bothered by unsollicitted emails, texts and voice messages, I'm having to answer multiple emails. For what? A business address.
If I knew it was going to be this complicated and this much of a hassle I would NEVER have signed up. But, I started using the Business address after receiving confirmation from my bank this went through.
I can't recommend this process. It was and still is an absolute mess.

In follow-up to my April 10 post, I have emailed back and forth with Regus 3-4 times per week since April 4. On April 16, they credited the erroneous late fee. On April 17, they put it back. I notified them immediately, and received a response that they are "reviewing it". After hours of my wasted time and numerous emails, we are back where we started April 4. To add insult to injury, this morning I received an OVERDUE PAYMENT email with a threat of referral to collections.
I am seeking credit for the erroneous late fee, and correction of ANY report that would affect my credit, if applicable.
I should not have to "escalate" this complaint again in order to resolve something that seems quite simple.

Worst experience ever. I signed a contract for my 5th office with Regus, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. "BS" lied to me multiple times, and when I asked for a manager, she refused, saying no one can ever speak with you; he is always unavailable. Now, I am stuck in a BROOM CLOSET (literally a broom closet) that I cannot even walk into. RUN RUN RUN do not deal with these people, they will only lie lie lie.

Extremely poor and exhausting experience from start to finish.
When I signed the contract, I was required to pay a deposit immediately. Shortly after, extra charges for tea and coffee were added without my consent. These were only removed after I challenged them and even had to leave a previous review.
Later, they attempted to charge me again for the same deposit amount. At the end of the contract, they also tried to charge an additional month, claiming it was their “standard process”.
Before the contract even ended, they added a £40 cleaning fee for an office I never used. Again, this had to be disputed and was only removed after unnecessary back-and-forth.
Now comes the most serious issue.
It has now been 54 days since my contract ended, and I still have not received my deposit back — money that I paid one year ago as a guarantee.
The process to recover the deposit was not clearly explained. I waited 20 days, only to later discover that I had to submit a separate request through their portal. Because of this, they reset the process and added another 30-day delay.
As of today, I am still waiting for my own money.
This entire experience has been full of unclear processes, unnecessary charges, constant corrections, and delays. Everything requires multiple emails, time, and effort just to fix issues that should not exist in the first place.
This is not how a professional company should operate.
I cannot recommend this service.

Wasted few weeks searching for proper venue with one simple requirement in Istanbul for the business event and received essentially nothing but "go to our web site" from their support every time. At least I now know where to not look for anymore.

Had a negative review on this site about this company and after communicating with them I removed my review. Unfortunately, after receiving a written communication by email
that the account was closed and a refund issued which was received, as of April 23 2026 the same two charges were charged back onto my credit card by this company. Now I have to block them from using my card again and dispute the charges. Not a trusted company to do business with. Furthermore, I will be contacting the US Postal Service regarding charges to my card before filling out and getting the form notarized which should be completed after that is done not before. The form I’m referring to is 1583. It’s funny that a response was made after my update that I will be contacting the USPS. Before my update there was no response. There are two disputes with my credit card company for the same amounts that were first charged and refunded and the two more charges from the same company Regis. It says the merchant name right next to the charge. Everything was fine my negative review was removed until the same exact amounts were recharged after they were refunded. They are stating how can that be? Well, don’t ask me I’m not your credit card processor or your company. As soon as it was refunded a day or two later it was charged again for the same amounts. It’s not so much the money but the principal of their actions.

Twice in the last 12 months they have made unauthorized charges to credit card. Multiple attempts have been made to get refund, but we have been ignored or told that the issue is being escalated to higher ups for review. No excuse for their actions, because the account has never been in arrears. In addition, they arbitrarily required a “retainer” fee that was triple
the amount normally charged. Still in process of filing formal complaint with anti fraud agencies.
