Extremely Frustrating Experience – Trying to Pay Became a Major Issue

My experience with Regus has been incredibly frustrating.

What should have been a simple process of paying an invoice turned into weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution. I repeatedly explained that, due to my company's financial controls, I could only pay by corporate credit card and could not make a bank transfer. Despite being willing and ready to pay immediately, I was unable to access the invoice through the online portal as instructed.
I was told I was not registered on the portal, while at the same time the registration system stated that I was already registered. When I eventually logged into my account, the Billing and Payments section was completely blank, meaning there was no invoice available to pay. I reported this issue multiple times, yet I continued to receive generic responses and instructions that did not address the actual problem.

The most frustrating part was that I was actively trying to make payment, but the systems and support processes seemed to put obstacle after obstacle in the way. As a customer, it should not be this difficult to pay an invoice.

To add to the disappointment, I also incurred an additional £44 in parking charges for a meeting attended by only four people, which felt excessive and poor value for the overall experience.

After numerous emails, screenshots and repeated explanations, I was still left chasing a solution. Customer service appeared disconnected from the actual issue and there was little sense of ownership or urgency in resolving it.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Regus. The combination of poor system functionality, ineffective support and unexpected additional costs made this a very disappointing customer experience.

Rating: 1/5 – The only reason this isn't zero stars is because I can't give zero.

I have rented an office in Surrey…

I have rented an office in Surrey King’s Cross, BC, Canada for my fintech client and in a few days after renting we realized it will not be suitable for a local fintech regulator, so we decided to do a refund. We didn’t use the office at all and weren’t there.

They tried everything to not do a refund and told me it is “impossible” according to their rules.

They took my funds for 2 first months + 2x refundable deposit which is not refunded yet (3 months passed). I wrote a review and they asked to remove it and then they will do a refund of the refundable deposit.

They were trying to delay process as much as possible and then disappeared.

I will recommend to avoid this website and not use their services at all

Worst experience ever.

Poor renewal experience

Poor renewal experience. The contract was automatically renewed for another year without any positive confirmation from us. Customers should be required to actively accept a renewal rather than be bound by default.

Stay blessed — and stay away from Regus.

Before signing up, I specifically asked Regus about any hidden or additional charges. I was clearly told that there would be no hidden or extra charges. However, I was later charged additional fees that I was not expecting.

This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I specifically asked about the costs before signing up and relied on the information provided by their staff.

When I tried to resolve the issue, I found the customer service experience extremely frustrating. The staff were unprofessional and failed to provide a clear and satisfactory explanation.

I would not recommend Regus and strongly advise potential customers to stay away. Make sure you get every promise and all charges confirmed in writing before agreeing to anything. No one should have to go through the experience I had.

Stay blessed — and stay away from Regus.

Very Poor Customer Service

Very poor customer service and account management. Despite repeatedly asking for my company details to be corrected, Regus has continued referring to the wrong company on my account, contract and correspondence.

This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their records and how customer accounts are managed. Support responses have also been repetitive and have failed to properly address the issues raised. The overall experience has been frustrating, stressful and far below the standard expected from a professional office provider.

The facility at Caddie Commercial Tower, Aerocity Delhi, is exceptionally well-managed, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Ngulaneinuo Ziephru and the entire site management team. Their professionalism and high-quality service are truly commendable.

STAY AWAY - how are their practices not fraudulent?!

I signed up for a Regus virtual office in 2024 to try to get a small business off the ground. Then I was diagnosed with cancer. Between treatment and my health, the business never got going, and I decided to close it and focus on getting well. That's when I found out how Regus really operates.

When I tried to cancel, I was told my contract had "automatically renewed" for another full year, before my current contract was even up — a renewal I never agreed to and was never notified about. I searched every email: no renewal notice, no warning, nothing telling me there was a deadline to cancel by.

Then it got worse. Because I mentioned the business had closed, they demanded "proof of liquidation" — a receiver's name, a court order, bankruptcy paperwork — and 24 hours to respond! As if a one-person mailbox were a corporate insolvency. There's nothing to liquidate. It's an absurd demand that exists only to keep you paying.

And the final insult: the only way they'll accept a cancellation is through their online portal — which they had locked me out of over two payments I'd already reconciled to a zero balance. So they block the one door they'll take a cancellation through, then claim you never cancelled.

This isn't a billing glitch. It's a system designed to make leaving as hard and expensive as possible. Read the other reviews before you sign — I am clearly not the only one. I would never recommend Regus to anyone.

Excellent ambience

Excellent ambience, very professionally managed with highly cooperative staff. Infrastructure, cost, facilities and service, all are top notch, 100% value for money. I would recommend all officials who are looking for coworking space, to chose regus, because the kind of quality you get is unparalleled, its not a paid promotion, its a genuine feedback

Here's a balanced and professional…

Here's a balanced and professional **3-star review**:

I have been using co-working spaces for the last five years and have never faced challenges like the ones I experienced here. The office space itself is good, and I genuinely appreciate the hospitality provided by the team.

However, the overall experience has been disappointing. The application and onboarding process are unnecessarily complicated, requiring users to upload payment details and complete multiple formalities—something I wouldn't expect from a client-facing co-working provider.

Additionally, turning off the air conditioning after 6 PM is inconvenient, especially for professionals who often work beyond standard office hours. This is something I have not encountered at any other co-working space.

While the infrastructure and hospitality are commendable, there is significant room for improvement in customer experience and operational flexibility.

They keep charging me after cancellation

They keep charging me & deducting my payment even though my contract has been cancelled & several months notice has been given. This is the 3rd time this is happening & I have written to them at last 3 times. They have gave me assurances that this will not happen again but it still does. I also can't remove my credit card from their system & will have to cancel my credit card if this continues. They are only interested in deducting your payment. So, please beware of Regus.
