I ordered the shipment of my bike from Kerala to Goa on 9th July. Initially, their representative assured me that a tracking number would be provided, but after making the payment, they changed their word and did not provide a tracking number. Additionally, they gave me incorrect quotations three times, each containing numerous errors, including mistakes in the shipment delivery address. Despite these issues, there has been no response from their team. Due to this lack of communication and service, I am now compelled to file a complaint against this company in consumer court. The representative name mentioned was pradeep who was giving all fake information and assured tracking ID.

Rehousing Packers and movers is the only rehousing agency which suited me in my carrier of 20 years.

The staff is very humble and honest. The Timely delivery of the items was awesome. Even a single item was not damaged. Their packing quality is of highest standard.
The fee they charge is very genuine as I consulted from many rehousing agencies the Quatation provided by this company was lowest.

But believe me the lowest Quatation doesn't mean cheap services. With lowest Quatation I got highest quality services for rehousing.
I have a bitter experience with many rehousing agencies but this time my view has changed. And it shows that all rehousing agencies are not same.

I HAVE SHIFTED 4 BOXES FROM MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR TO NEW DELHI THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND PAID TWICE GST CHARGES DUE TO HIS/HER ILLITERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. AFTER THAT THIS COMPANY HAS NOT DELIVER THE BOXES EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS. AFTER SEVERAL TIME REQUEST, I HAVE STARTED A LEGAL ACTION AGAINT THIS COMPANY NOW.

Brijesh and Sahil were very helpful in doing our packing and moving. They did a quick and gentle packing. All the stuff was in good shape and there was no damages. The landlord made up wait for 3 hours and these guys had patience to wait while he sorted things out. A big thanks for that. There are worst of people and then there are these guys
This is the second time I called Mohit Jaglan ji for shifting and he arranged for such a speedy and great pickup in a short time even dealing with a person like my landlord in Adani Aangan sector 89A, Gurugram.

This our first time working with Rehousing packers and movers. We had to shift from Bareilly. 1 sedan to Bangalore and 2bhk household items to Kolar.
The team was on time and packed all the stuffs with utmost care.
Mr. Mohith Jaglan was involved in the whole process from start to end. He was always just a call away.
The quote by rehousing was absolutely brilliant compared to other companies which had quoted approx 1.3-1.7 lakhs.
We were ofcourse concerned if this is true that we are getting the same transport for budget and pocket friendly price.
We questioned all of our concerns, but they handled us with patience and respect.
The shipment was delivered right on time as mentioned at the time of early negotiations.
The goods that arrived were safe and no damages were found. Not a single item was missing including the smallest ones. Packing was perfect, not even a single hole.
Glass items were covered with cushion and then bubble wrapped.
TVs and fridges arrived in very good condition.
They helped us pack and unpack with smooth transition to door step. My husband was quite apprehensive reading all the other negative reviews, but
Mr Mohith was very complacent and assured of the quality and reliability of his company.
We were asked to pay 70% during transit and rest of the full amount before delivery. There were no hidden charges added anytime. The amount was exactly as the quote mentioned and agreed before transport.
He kept his promise and we are very happy with Rehousing.
I would highly recommend Rehousing for anyone who is looking for a reasonable quote and quality delivery.

It was a good and hassle-free experience with Rehousing packers and Movers. Mr. Mohit Jaglan coordinated through and through and ensured the whole things goes smoothly. They have picked up my scooty from a very remote place in a hil station and couriered it safely to me in Bangalore. As I was cheated by multiple companies earlier, I was hesitant and doubtful about this service too . But luckily they turned out good and the most important part is they sent the scooty through Blue Dart which ensured proper tracking. P.S. -- the price was very high, but if you want your goods delivered hassle free , Rehousing is one trustworthy option.

4. **Lack of Accountability:** When I raised concerns about the damages and the unprofessional behavior of the staff, the company showed a complete lack of accountability. They were dismissive of my complaints and offered no compensation or resolution.They even stated that good are not insured even though they have taken insurance amount from me in the price.

Overall, my experience with Rehousing Packers and Movers was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value professionalism, reliability, and the safety of your belongings.

Fraud company don't belive them and fall on scam

Yesterday, when i added a review about this company, then i got a call from Bengaluru person he said, he was about to parcel my bike's side mirror ( which he clearly denied earlier and said, he doesn't have my mirrors) but he will not return it now, because i added bad review, about his company. Also he passed bad comments for bihar state.
After that i sent him a text msg saying, i will add one more review now. Better, don't call me from next time.
He said. ' you do, from your single comment my company is not going to get closed'. As on this review website, i can see multiple incidents of this type is recorded against this company.
