I ordered one tire
I ordered one tire. What I they delivered was two tires. Totally different tires. Different size, different Brand. Completely not compatible with my Car. Stuff like this can happen, BUT.
NO answer in the Chat.
NO answer when I called them.
Still, I was not able to generate any type of feedback for my complaint. Still I got two tyres in my garage and I don't know where to send them back. Nobody responses to my my complaint.
Very unprofessional.

..which means more than 1 year old!

1 tyre was produced in CW 31 / 2024
2 tyres were produced in CW 28 / 2024
1 tyre was produced in CW 15 / 2024
This means that all tyres were produced less than one year before delivery. According to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines, tyres are considered new if stored properly for up to 36 months after production.
