When you are a cash based facility, Reimbursiby helps to attract patients since we submit the claims on their behalf, and insurance pays them back or apply to their OON deductible. It is a real help both ways, for patients and for our practice

I have had a really great experience with Reimbursify. I have been using them for almost 3 years now and they have been extremely helpful. Email communication is clear and effective. They've been able to resolve and re-submit any claims that have been problematic. It's been so helpful for my clients and has made my job as a private practice owner so much easier. I always recommend them.

I've been using it for 3 years now. The platform is easy to use and I think helps patients understand the out of network experience/superbills easier. It is a good service I can offer to my patients but in this day of high deductibles they are RARELY getting money back so it is a big investment for me with little return. I really wish it was less expensive and have considered dropping it due to the low return on investment.

I manage the books for my husband's therapy practice. My husband has used Reimbursify at his psychology practice and has had great results. My husband does not accept insurance other than Medicare. Since most of his patients pay in cash, and many have insurance, it has been a great way to close out-of-network payment gaps for his clients and eliminate confusion.

Horrible experience - recommended by a therapist sometime ago but have now AGAIN experienced not being paid because claims were filed incorrectly by Reimbursify (not me), and I had to pause therapy because I'm so behind on reimbursements. Worst yet, I can't bypass and submit directly because these are already open unresolved claims. Reimbursify has been incredibly slow to respond, and has taken no responsibility. They also refuse to reimburse me credits for claims not reimbursed or that have had months long delays.

If it was possible to give 100 stars I would and no, I am not being paid to say that.

Reimbursify is a great tool for my clients to submit for out-of-network benefits. All of my clients who use Reimbursify for out-of-network claims, have said that they find it much easier to use rather than going directly through their insurance company. Well worth my investment as a private pay clinician!

As a provider, I’m finding the customer support is astoundingly bad. Emails go unanswered. When the emails are answered, they’re not responsive to the problem. You can’t call them on the phone. I’m amazed at how bad their service has been.

Reimbursify is a game-changer. Not only does Reimbursify make it seamless for our practice to submit claims, it also enhances the experience for our patients. The app's intuitive interface and efficient features have made the entire process incredibly easy and hassle-free. The recent update which introduces the ability to clone previous claims is especially noteworthy, as it saves us significant time when submitting multiple claims for our patients.

Reimbusify is easy for me to use and helps my clients save a lot of money, and as a result it helps my mental health practice grow.

For example I have a client that I see weekly. They pay me $200 per session. That is $10,000 per year. Their insurance plan has a $1,000 deductible, and after their deductible is met they are reimbursed 80% of what they pay me. So their therapy ends up costing them $3,800 per year, instead of $10,000. This is how Reimbursify helps me retain my existing clients.

In addition, their Verification of Benefits tool helps me get new clients. With their VOB tool I can look up their insurance plan and see what type of out-of-network coverage their particular insurance plan provides. So when I'm speaking with a prospective new client on the phone, I can provide them with an accurate estimate of what their actual cost to see me will be (after reimbursement), factoring in their deductible threshold, how much has been paid towards their deductible to date, and what their reimbursement rate will be once the deductible has been met. This is an invaluable tool for helping me get new clients for my practice.

This company makes you believe they will get your reimbursement for your out of pocket bills but in reality they take your money and you get nothing in return. I paid for many doctor visits up front because the doctor did not take BCBS insurance. I used this service and submitted all of my paid expenses to get myself some reimbursement. In reality the insurance company only credited my account and I got zero $ in return. So basically, the insurance company paid absolutely nothing toward any of my bills and then they gave me a credit toward my deductible. My deductible was already met this year and reimbursify does not do anything for you that you can't do for yourself. You spend hours putting all of the information in their online portal and all they do is send it. It was a complete waste of time and money when I could've put all that information directly into BCBS portal and bypass paying a third party company to do it. It really is a scam. I completely understand insurance, billing, reimbursement but was lead to believe this company makes it easy and actually does something to get you money back for all the upfront costs. They did NOTHING except send it and forget it. This is not how they make it sound on their website.

We could go to the Practitioner portal to check on our patients' reimbursements if we wanted to. On top of that, we could email/call Reimbursify with questions and always talked or email with a real person that solved our problem! Highly recommend!
