ReiSift also offers significant training videos that not only provide insight to how to use the platform, but they also offer a significant level of marketing based educational training videos and courses. Excellent platform with passionate leadership and excellent customer support!

Simply Amazing Software. I signed up for Reisift when I realized I had spent over $600 skiptracing the same data multiple times. Since then, it has exceeded all my expectations with all the features and the community behind it.

I currently use it as the single source of truth for all my real estate data, and love how much more insight I have into what's happening to the data and leads that I market to.

Also having spent the last 6yrs of my career writing software for various tech companies, I'm very impressed by the level of thought and engineering that has gone into building reisift and plan to be a longterm user.

REISIFT is the best CRM I could ask for. If you want a system that captures every single prospect in the best way possible, while helping you identify leads with the highest potential, thus saving you time and money marketing to what matters most, this is the system for you. Not only is this system an incredible system, but there is a very powerful community behind it that shares more experiences and information than one could imagine, so that whenever you run into an issue, there is someone who has probably handled that before or will work with you to figure it out.

Resifts real strength is not the platform( the platform is amazing and essential to any real estate operation, I would be lost without it and will use it in perpetuity) It's the education that you get from Tyler and his team that makes this product so essential to any real estate operation, I believe it to be the best in its class.

It by no means gives you everything you need to be successful in real estate ( no product does ),but it gives you insight on the side of the business that no other Guru/Service will give you. Data management is the foundation of the real estate investing game. People that do it correctly succeed and those that don't hope they get lucky.

I could go on about the excellent customer service, the constant updates to the platform( the dev team takes suggestions from users) the free mastermind, the great community etc.

The fact of the matter is, People that use this product and execute the teachings, their business has clarity and direction.

I would write a longer review about how great this product is, but Sift taught me to focus my time on Revenue Generating Activities.

I asked for a refund and you won't give it. So now I have paid for a second year when I asked you not to charge me again a year ago. I would not call that good customer service, would you? Also, making me sign to accept your terms before I can leave a review doesn't seem fair or ethical either. I want people to know that if they pay for a year because it's cheaper, they have no recourse if they decide 3 days later they don't want reisift. Thank you

Awesome data marketing platform built around data management as a whole. they continue to roll out features that increase the usefulness of the platform and I can not wait to see some of the new ones being rolled out.

I am very excited to join and be using this program so far im really happy with it, this was recommended to me by a fellow investor who is crushing it !

I've been using ReiSift for the past 2 years and all I can say is this is by far the BEST tool for real estate investors. Features just keep getting better and better! Between the knowledge base, courses, and youtube videos they punch out on a regular basis, you have enough to fully integrate Sift into your business. Not to mention their amazing community who are filled with a bunch of go-givers, always looking to help. It starts from the top, Tyler is always willing to give so much of his time and knowledge to help others be successful. Needless to say, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

It’s rare to say that some software is life changing, but REIsift actually is, that’s why this review is a bit longer, and hope it is helpful for anyone on the fence.

The reason I say that is because it literally gave me my days and evenings back that I used to spend with excel sheets organizing data. Can’t put a price on that because time isn’t money… time is life.

And yes it made money right away.
For example, here’s something it can do that pays for itself in multiples -- I literally uploaded some of my data and it automatically highlighted an old lead from 4 years ago that I never followed up on, so I decided to pick up the phone (with the handy Aircall integration), made a call, and closed this deal like 90 days later for a spread that’s equal to some people’s annual salary. So there it’s paid for itself many times over. If REIsift didn’t do that, and highlight that lead for me… some other investor would have gotten to that property first.

REIsift transformed my real estate operations to cut out more than 50% of the manual labor, and helped find deals just sitting in my database that I would have never found otherwise. I’m an experienced investor who was looking for a way to do more in less time. I had no idea how much more I’d be able to do. It bogglers my mind how investors who aren’t using this can even compete against people who use REIsift, due to the capabilities for targeting, and efficiencies.

A breakdown of my feedback:

Product – very robust right out of the box does everything I need. It’s clear the team is constantly improving and tweaking the product to make it better based on people’s feedback.

Price – price is extremely fair. More than fair. In fact I was paying a much higher price for not using it, because of all the time I wasted and lost opportunities. Anyone who thinks this software is too expensive is either ignorant of what it does, or is wrongly comparing it to some other software which isn’t truly in the same category.

Tech Support – incredible, and incredibly fast. Usually responds within minutes with extremely detailed answers.

Community – there’s an FB community that’s basically a free mastermind. Usually FB groups in real estate are a huge waste of time, and out of control. This is actually extremely valuable, with good vibes and solid advice. And it’s free, they could definitely be charging for it if they wanted to.

Ease of use – fairly easy to use, and clear instructions and help videos for everything. User interface is clean, and easy to figure by just clicking around.

Ease of implementation – I was able to get started and get value right away (like within a day. But to be honest to truly unlock the full potential it took some time. Not because the software is hard to use (it’s actually very easy) but it took me personally some time to rethink the ways I do and organize things so I can properly take advantage of what it has to offer, but that was on me. Investing time to learn how to do things more efficiently and make more money is a no brainer for anyone in this business. The way I look at it, I plan to be around doing this for a long time, so it makes sense to get the best tools and REIsift is it.

Probably not a coincidence that you’ll see many reviews on here saying it’s the most important tool in someone’s company.

PS no it’s nothing like Podio, so don’t compare, not even in the same category, in my opinion.

Sift is an extraordinary platform that can take your hustle and help transform it into a legitimate business as it has done to mine!

This software just makes sense, why spend money and money on lists. Focusing on who you are not talking to rather than bulk calling new lists.
