I had an issue with my order not being ever delivered. As soon as I wrote to them, they immediately sent a replacement order. This family business resolves problems, and their product is helpful for sleep.

Problem with a unit
We have been using this product for about 3 months now and we love it! This product has helped us with sleeping better and waking up with the WOW factor of how we wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day!! Customer service is absolutely amazing! We had one of our spray bottles that failed while using it and it was about 1/2 way full when it quit spraying! No questions asked and this small family company will be sending us a replacement unit at no cost! Truly amazing and thanks for the awesome customer support Rejuvia team! So if you’re on the fence, get off it and try them out!!!

I use the sleep spray
I use the sleep spray. I have great difficulty, falling asleep and staying asleep since I’ve been using this product. I would say my sleep is improved about 60% which I’m happy with. I have had several bottles where the spray won’t come out of the bottle shake it. Nothing comes out. I’ve reached out to customer service on three different occasions. Honestly, first time I reached out I got no reply however, the second and third time I reached out they were very quick to reply. I explained my issue. I sent them pictures of a lot number and the tube and they have replaced my spray on both occasions. I think they must’ve had some issues with staff in customer service department. I can truly say that when I reached out two days ago and about two months ago, I received an email and a replacement product so I will continue to use the sleep spray

Placed an order and a specific promo was being run. When the order was delivered it had a different promo. I send an email ON A WEEKEND and it was corrected and shipped before Monday even got here. I wish we had more companies that stand behind their product like this 1....

Product is bad but customer service is even worse
I was excited for this product but it failed miserably. What is worse is the company customer service is non-existent. Not only did The product not work for me but it caused a sore throat for the entire following day. Tried to contact their customer service by phone and by several emails and they will not return my calls or emails.
Don't try it unless you're willing to throw that money away.

First, I love the ease of the spray, I don't use it nightly. I keep it next to my bed for the nights I can't get to sleep. I am always amazed when I use it, because I sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. Yesterday, I decided to contact Rejuvia because my second sprayer/pump was not working. Within hours they responded and advised me a new one was being sent out to me. How wonderful, thank you.

Does not work won't get refunded
So yeah this spray does not work it does not help with falling asleep or staying asleep it gave me stomach irritation in the mornings and when you call to try and get your refund they give you this B.S. story about how you have to keep trying it. it takes 2 to 3 weeks to take effect so, NOTHING LIKE THIS WAS EVER MENTIONED IN THEIR ADVERTISING. All you do is give a few sprays is what it says.
I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this product at all.

Yes, we suggest all customers give our product a try for at least a week. There are lots of things that can impact your sleep throughout the day including stress, diet and technology usage. Trying our spray for one night and then deciding whether it works in totality or not isn't what we suggest.
You can always email us and initiate a return if you would like. We just need your name or your order number as we do not have any customers in our system named "Cuda Paul".

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. They could make the contact info easier to find but once you email them they offer immediate assistance. As far as the product goes I feel like it hyped me up rather than put me asleep. The company encouraged me to try it 1-2 weeks to give my body time to adjust, so I may try it again. All in all it was a good experience trying this product because they stand behind it.

Product does not work as advertised
Product does not work as advertised. The BOGO deal was great, but one of the dispensers ran empty within four (4) nights using as directed. I have send email (5/20/26) requesting RMA & refund and crickets (no response as of 5/24/26. Their 90-day guarantee states, "You can try Rejuvia completely risk-free for 90 days. If you don’t love your results, contact our support team within 90 days of receiving your order. They’ll help you return the product and process your refund as soon as your return is received. This guarantee applies to both one-time and subscription purchases." Even the BBB has complaints listed against them for same reason.
I just wouldn't even both ordering this product. If you don't like it, you may never receive your refund. Money scammed & another company getting rich with false claims.

After suffering for many years with sleep, Rejuvia seems to be doing the trick for me! This product is fantastic. Their customer service is fantastic too. After an issue with a faulty sprayer, Rejuvia very promptly responded to my email and has sent a replacement. I highly recommend this product for anyone having problems with sleep.
