Never received order

Made a purchase through Relaxrich at the beginning of February, i never received updates, the order never came to my house. I sent out email twice, they say team will contact me within 14 days. No reply back.

While drilling to make a hole larger…

While drilling to make a hole larger the drill bit shattered. as advertised these drill bits should be able to make metal holes larger.

What a sham

The drills I received would not drill through butter. All the tips had been ground off the drills. Have been contacted by the company who are sending replacement items. Doing their best to rectify the problem.
