Excellent and personalised service!
The service I received from Simon was excellent and personalised. Nothing was too much trouble,Simon was always available to talk and explain the sometimes complicated process of getting a mortgage. The mortgage was sorted in no time and Simon was right there with me all the way and that makes a big difference!

Mortgage for a first time buyer with Release Freedom
I worked with Release Freedom when purchasing my first property. As a first time buyer, I felt it would be beneficial to work with a financial adviser as they can advise you on all the mortgage products on the market. It was a hassle free process where despite the stress of house buying ; the mortgage process wasn’t one of them. Release Freedom scouted the market for the best mortgage deals and presented them to me.
Release Freedom exceeded my expectations ; they went above and beyond to ensure that my interests and investments were protected always. They communicated every step of the way and I was provided with information to enable me to make informed decisions. As a customer , not only did I feel looked after but also cared for. Release Freedom understood how massive an investment it was buying a property that they did everything to make sure that I got the best deals on the market suitable to my needs and circumstances.
I rate them exceedingly high and will recommend them highly to anyone who will listen.

Easy remortage!
As this was our first remortgage, I was surprised at how easy it was. Simon answered all our questions, was always available, and made things as clear as they could be. The process took a while, but we got a great deal that we are very happy with. I was very impressed with how it was all done online.
