Ed and Kim from B.C. Air Duct and Furnace Cleaning were on time, very professional and performed a great service for our home. All vents including the dryer vent were cleaned with forced air, steam and double checked! Such nice people doing exceptional work. Would highly recommend!

Been with reliance since I bought this triplex, The tanks were changed 4 yrs ago as the old ones were 12 yrs old.
This one new tank connect to the basement level keeps going off. The other two are fine

He followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any further questions.The installation team was excellent. Very skilled, and knowledgeable. They were polite. Prompt Early Service (our appointment was to be anywhere from 8:00am to 11:00am on a Sunday Morning) as our A/C had stopped working in the middle of a humid summer haze. Our technician came at 8:30am and quickly discovered the issue, diagnosed it, and repaired the problem, and before you know it, the A/C was back up and running, Thanks to our Friendly Technician.
