Works like a Wonder

Bought for my girlfriend who has had car motion sickness since she was young. The relief band has completely changed her car rides. No upset stomach, no mental cloudiness; she’s super happy and so am I!

I just started wearing this

I just started wearing this. I take ozempic, so I occasionally am nauseated. I've been looking for something where I don't always have to take meds. It's not perfect so far, but helps. I'll keep wearing and see how I do. So far I like it.

It Really Works!!

It Really Works!!! I bought the Relief Band Premier for a 3-week cruise with excursions at every port. It really helped control my motion sickness. Do stockup on the gel. It works best, although water worked too in a pinch.

Wow does this work well

Wow does this work well! Kids are always asking me to play online video games but it always makes me nauseous. Today I tried it and it worked great! I played an entire game without feeling sick at all!

Deceptive advertising

This works really well for nausea, my issue is that I bought the sport model and it is not waterproof as advertised. It is fine for washing your hands but the company has ads of people snorkeling in it and when I wore mine snorkeling it died. There is apparently the caveat that it is only waterproof for 30 minutes up to 1 meter which is hardly enough to advertise it as waterproof and I get it would be unlikely and impressive you could use it in the water but all of the ads are of people snorkeling. I reached out to the company and they were very condescending and rude and offered no help. I would have bought another one anyway since it worked and sometimes things happen but customer service was so rude I went to a competitor which ended up being $150 less and works just as well.

Money Hungry Customer Service

This company is one of the worst that I have had to deal with. My first issue is that they only give you 14 days to try the product before returning it if it doesn't work for you. As someone who has been prescribed countless nausea medications, I am always skeptical and if a $200 product doesn't work, I definitely want to be able to return it. I had to try and time the shipment perfectly for it to arrive on time for my trip but not too early so that I would have time to return it if it didn't work. It literally came on the night before my flight and each time I messaged customer service they were cold in their responses and not eager to help.

As if that part isn't tricky enough, when you do want to return the item they make you pay $15 to return it and make the return process as difficult as possible for you.

They also said that when I make the return, it will take at least 4 weeks for it to process. However, if I keep the device, they can give me 30% off what I paid immediately... Make that make sense.

I am sure that this product can work for people, the effectiveness is not my issue. Rather, the poor customer service who is more focused on making money off of each customer than having happy customers. The reviews on their own website are incredible because they filter them. I wish I had read these before ordering mine.

Horrendous customer service- Veho did not deliver the item and the company blames me and tells me to coordinate with Veho, a company that doesn’t respond. How dare a company blame a customer who paid for an item and never received it? I intend on filing a fraud complaint with my bank

I tend to get seasick and I don't…

I tend to get seasick and I don't tolerate seasick meds well. We had a 4 day passage in high seas with big swell. I tried the Reliefband and it was such an easy passage. No hint of seasickness. I never needed to stare at the horizon nor give a second thought to going below on the boat. Amazing!

It is hard to tell if the premium+…

It is hard to tell if the premium+ reliefband is working because the strap won't stay tight on my wrist. It loosens and moves around so my wrist doesn't keep contact which cause it to repeatedly turn off. Its frustrating that the band is rather stiff (preventing me from pulling it tight enough) and the clasp doesn't lock tight enough.
