Quit working after a year

I purchased the Relief Sport band a little over a year ago. It worked great on planes, boats, and car rides. I could actually read a little in the car without getting ill and I didn't feel the typical woozy feeling after a long journey. I am disappointed however that it quit working after the 1 yr warranty expired. I can't push the center button to turn it on. I was able to pop it back in place by pressing extra hard but it's still very difficult to press to get to the level of sensation I need. For the price, this should last more than a year. Very disappointing.

Poor customer service from the…

Re: Order #1234545 confirmed.
Poor customer service from the beginning. I paid extra for fast shipping and had issues. The product stopped working within the first few days. Then they only warranty the main device and not the extra components that were purchased with the main device. After 6 weeks of waiting I finally get a refund for mush less than the purchased price. They have all of the devices that were purchased.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The relief band takes too long for delivery. At checkout, there was no option for expedited delivery. I wish there was.

Gave mine away, bought another one

Because the relief band has been so effective for me, I gave mine away to my cousin's son to help him with his awful car sickness. But I can not enjoy amusement parks or long car rides without it, so I just purchased my second Relief Band. I also have stomach issues and Relief Band helps me not feel so nauseous. It has been an absolute game changer for me.

I gave you only one star because as of this date I still have not received my order. It should have been here by now.

So now that my order has been fulfilled, albeit, late, I can amend my review and report that the relief band works magic and fulfills its purpose. I might only suggest that the company be more realistic in telling customers when to expect their order. So I raise my report from 1 star to 4 stars.

First time dealing with motion sickness!

We were on an Alaskan Cruise when we had 11ft. waves. I had started taking dramamine prior to our trip, but it wasn’t enough. Our Butler told us about the motion sickness bracelet in the gift shop. We went down immediately to the gift shop and purchased the Reliefband with the replaceable battery. The salesperson suggested I set it at the 3rd level with as nauseous as I was. Within 24 hours I was able to lower the level and I wasn’t nauseous the rest of the cruise. I never ever have had any motion sickness until this recent cruise. I promised my husband any future cruise we go on I will be taking my new Reliefband with me.

Worked well the first several times I used it. Now you can barely feel it working, even on the highest setting. Very disappointing especially after spending 200.00 on it. Waste of money….

Not for My Type of Nausea

The band looks great and I am sure it is helpful for many people. Unfortunately I tried it for 2 weeks and it did nothing to relieve my nausea. It may be that it’s because my nausea is anxiety and medication related and not due to any type of motion sickness. But it was worth a try.

Freedom on the Road

I get motion sickness while driving sometimes but mostly when I’m a passenger. I live in Ozark Mountains so any trip to the river, lakes or road trip, I have to drive so I don’t get sick. With Reliefband, I am able to be a passenger now!!! ReliefBand has no side effects like other medicines for motion sickness so I can enjoy my trip! This is literally life changing for me and my family!!

I’m a nurse and was shocked when I wore…

I’m a nurse and was shocked when I wore it for the first time and it actually worked. I get pretty severe nausea from motion sickness and it actually worked for that. Unfortunately in my last order I had the band missing from the order, but I’m sure I’ll hear from you. Thank you

I was really hoping for better results

There’s still a possibility I will be returning it. I ordered it to help with morning sickness and I’m not getting the relief I was hoping for. It also caused a rash on my wrist and I haven’t been able to wear it for 2 days because it burns the rash if I do.

I love this product

I love this product. I have the original ReliefBand and just got the Flex. I love the fact that it has replaceable batteries and I don't have to worry about charging and I can attatch it with my iWatch.

The Reliefband is really fantastic!

The Reliefband is great! It actually WORKS! I've tried Seabands, bonine, and dramamine. This outdoes them all. I love that it has various levels so I can up the intensity if I need to. My only drawback has been the magnetic charging unit. I just can't get it to stay connected. It unlatches itself during charging all the time. I have just purchased the new charger that is available on the website based on positive reviews. It should arrive soon.

The reliefband made ZERO Difference

I bought the relief band flex with hopes it would help with motion sickness for my cruise. I put in on to test it out before the ship and felt the electric shocks as described I would.
I couldn't test it out since I was not exposed to motion sickness. By the time I used it on the ship, it was too late to return. There was ZERO difference in making me feel any better. In fact, it made me feel worse with the tingling vibrations. I tried it 3 times to make sure I used it correctly. NOTHING. This is a gimic item in my opinion from a company that gives you ONLY 14 days to return it which is impossible since you need to pad time to receive it before you go away on a trip. Who wants to spend money on an item they can't get their money back if it doesn't work. The patch behind my ears that I switched to worked perfectly and it cost a fraction of the price. I didn't see anyone on the ship wearing a reliefband. I will do my research better next time as I predict this company will be out of business soon.
