Seems to be a pattern here
Seems to be a pattern here. Ordered a hoodie and shoes, received only the hoodie which did not match its picture online. I contacted them and sent pictures of the packet, the labels, and went to the post office to have it weighed for them. They then tell me the shoes must have been stolen, and, get this, instead of returning it which I requested, why don't you give the hoodie to someone as a gift. After seeing the reviews I contacted my credit card company who is crediting my account. We'll see if they dispute this.
I bought my shoes about six weeks ago
I bought my shoes about six weeks ago. Have not received them yet 🤷🏿♂️
As others have stated
As others have stated, stay away from this company, they ship cheap crap from China and when it arrives in wrong size and different from the description you have no recourse. Took almost a month to receive a pair of shoes that were two sizes smaller than normal US sizing. They will not take back or exchange.
Do not buy from this POS company
Do not buy from this POS company unless you want grief, ordered 7 things and only received 1 they are Chinese scammers at best
Deceptive advertising and inconsistent sizing …
I purchased 2 pairs of identical shoes (one pair of black color and another pair of sand color) in size 43.5 medium. However, they sent me both pairs in size 44. Even the size 44 is not consistent across colors -- the sand colored shoes are much bigger than the black colored shoes. Also, the soles of the shoes are different -- the black pair has the correct soles as advertised on the website, but the sand colored shoes have a different sole pattern. This is deceptive advertising by Relieffoot. In other words, you don't get what you see on the website. Both pairs of shoes are useless to me, because the black colored pair is tight and the sand colored pair is too loose for me, even though they are both marked as size 44 on the soles of the shoes. I will donate these pairs to some charity because I do not wish to spend more money on return shipping, especially when it is not my fault.
There is absolutely no consistency in sizing -- how can two pairs of identical shoes of the same size have different lengths and different soles -- it makes no sense whatsoever.
Customer service is also very poor -- it took over 5 weeks for me to receive my order. Upon inquiry about the delay, I got an email with the usual excuse of their delivery partners being back-logged due to the holiday season. Relieffoot should clearly state their delivery times on the website instead of misleading customers by saying that 3-14 working days later you get your ordered goods. After several emails to customer service about the problem with the shoes, all they could offer was a 10% refund.
The description of their shoes is misleading in so many respects -- as I already gave an example of the soles on the 2 pairs of identical shoes being different.
They Sent the wrong Size
They Sent the wrong Size, at least 2 sizes too large. Rather than exchange them, they suggested I give them to someone else... I bought them for me!
They told me they sent the correct size but will give me a 10% refund.
I did get two pairs of shoes, but for $90 I could have had some very nice Sketchers.
Screwed again ... you think I'd learn.
I ordered a pair of boots from…
I ordered a pair of boots from relieffoot.com. They arrived later than expected and they are the worst boots I have ever seen. They look like they are made of plastic. The top is so tight that I can barely get them on and the company is a total scam. They replied a couple of times but their answer was give them to someone else if you don't want them.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Zero customer support. A total fraud selling China made crap. Returns? Forget it. No response to many emails.
These shoes are made in and sold from…
These shoes are made in and sold from China. They are poorly made and and not sized properly. If you try to return them they will offer you a 10% refund. If you insist on returning you will have to pay yourself to send them back to China which is three times the price of a pair of shoes.
Chinese Scammers
Oliver there only customer service person is a joker, not a man of his word, he promised me a full refund over a month ago, till now nothing, just false e-mails,
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS UNLESS YOU WANT GRIEF LIKE I AM HAVING, NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH Relieffoot

I ordered two pairs of walking shoes…
I ordered two pairs of walking shoes from Relief Foot. I ordered my normal shoe size. The shoes sent were the "correct" size, but were actually too small for my feet. They have a 30 day return policy, but the shoes did not arrive until 30 days after they were ordered.
I emailed Relief Foot that the shoes did not fit. I requested a refund and a return shipping label, and was informed that they would only give 10% refund, and I would have to ship the shoes to their warehouse in China at my expense! So the shipping would cost more than the amount refunded! I protested, and they "generously" increased their refund offer to 20%! What a rip off!!!
ReliefFoot - Think I Got Scammed
I ordered a pair of their sneakers for $48.67 on Jan 21, 2025. I have yet to receive a confirmation, although I asked for one. Then I read about this company and it seems certain they are scammers. Thank God I used PayPal which I have called and they have assured me they will do an investigation and after 10 days with no reply from ReliefFoot, I will have my money returned to me. They will probably be banned from PayPal, but these kinds of scammers just rebrand and start over again. Disgusting!
DO NOT BUY-SCAM.Shoes are pure junk
DO NOT BUY-SCAM.Shoes are pure junk. Their website is all lies. Their customer service is horrible. Will not provide refund unless I incur the cost of shipping shoes to china, when they claim they were made in the USA. Had to got through my credit card to get charges reversed.
What other supplier asks for a Tip on line.
I found the initial advert attractive enough to consider buying a pair for myself then l seen the option to Tip ?.
What ? Who am l tipping and why …… anyway done a few more checks and abandoned any potential sale l was considering. Made in Italy bollocks.
WARNING-DO NOT BUY!!!!!
WARNING-DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Received an order about two days ago and without reservation, I agree with many of the prior reviews. This is a Chinese Company in China masquerading as an United States of American Company. This is a perfect scam with false advertising with fake materials, synthetics in their products. The website has males appearing as white making shoes with false descriptions. They claim the shoes are leather when they are synthetics, probably polyurethane, etc.
I really cannot walk with the ReliefFoot shoes.
I read some reviews talking about it being manufactured in the US. It was shipped from China so why would it be manufactured in the US and shipped from China? I bought two pair of these size 42. The inserts were size 39 to 40. Without the inserts they did not fit well. With the inserts I could not wear them at all! I've had Skechers in the past and Skechers are so much more comfortable than these ReliefFoot. I really cannot walk with the ReliefFoot shoes. I've asked for a refund.
These shoes I purchased last September…
These shoes I purchased last September are an absolute disgrace only started wearing them in October and yesterday the sole came away cheap and nasty merchandise
