Easy to do business with

I needed to get some exterior lights for my warehouse. They recommended the lights, shipped quickly at a very reasonable price. I love the lights. I found them to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

$32 shipping, $5 item.

No information available on shipping costs on website. Wanted to charge $32 by ‘standard ground’ shipping for a tiny LED lightbulb. Yes, this site is a scam! Trustpilot gave it a 100% rating….

$250 minimum orders, slow to respond while you and clients wait

Chat query took a full week to get a simple answer about a product. No disclosure about $250 minimum order until you check out. It appears like "baiting" that may likely violate online consumer law.

Hi TK! Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with our chat tool. We were all out of the office towards the end of the year but decided to leave the chat tool on for the Knowledge Base and automated answers. With respect to the minimum order amount required on our site, we will certainly review our messaging and see if we can do better.

RelightDepot specializes in working with contractors and facility management companies to provide the lowest cost on high quality lighting fixtures and accessories. In order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass the savings on to our customers, we have decided to impose a minimum order amount on all of our orders. As of right now, the minimum order amount that is required in order to be able to proceed through the checkout process is $250. This amount is subject to change without notice.

We currently display a message on the cart page and don't allow the customer to proceed to the checkout unless the order total is over $250. We also have a support article here: https://help.relightdepot.com/portal/en/kb/articles/what-is-your-minimum-order
