Radio is working well; playlist...not so much.
I received it promptly and was able to get the radio started easily. Those instructions were very good. However, I am still struggling with setting up a play list including downloading songs/albums on my Mac Air; moving downloads to USB-3 from MacBookAir, etc. I have never copied songs before. I have watched YouTube videos, etc. I haven't given up.....yet, but it's a problem.

Wonderful Website
Your website is pleasant, visually appealing and easy to navigate through all the products and ordering process. Especially helpful was labeling each product by stages so the buyer does not have to guess what would be appropriate. I found the company founders story heartwarming. I cared for a parent for years with Alzheimer’s. I only wish I had these products as a resource at that time. My order was delivered quickly and with care and I was very happy with my order. Your products are made very well and pleasant to look it. I’m so happy To find Relish !

We ordered two jigsaws to donate to the Care Home where my mother lives. It was straightforward to order from Relish and the delivery was very quick. The welcome words from this company was heart warming as have been the subsequent emails giving information about people living with dementia which were of particular interest to us.

Overall, very satisfied
This clock seemed smaller than what I expected. That is until I got it set up. Letters are large, crisp, clean, with no clutter. That sure makes it look good across the room, sitting below my TV.
Setup was easier than the "atomic" clock that it is replacing (the brand-name atomic clock always forgets what year or month it is)

Impressive!
We are really pleased with the first week of being with Relish. The system is really easy to navigate and the back up and support has been excellent.

magnetic toolkit
The product arrived in good time and are quality items. My father enjoyed using the toolkit magnetic board and was able to recall how each one was used even if he struggled to name them.

Fabulous purchase.
I bought the Relish Radio for my mum, she has early stage dementia and is nearly blind. She struggles with finding buttons on any equipment but we have tuned the radio so it has Radio 2 on all the choices and she has found the on/ off button super easy, she is really pleased. I also recommended the radio to my friend whose father has dementia and cannot work his stereo anymore and loves to listen to music as he is in a male voice choir still.

Fantastic clock!
I brought this clock for my Mum who has dementia. She was really struggling with waking up and not knowing what day, or part of the day, it was.
The clock has made a huge difference to her and she loves it! She loves the auto dim feature especially as is a ‘more gentle way’ to get her bearings than her mobile phone for example.
Great idea and well built with simplicity in mind for people like Mum - would def recommend.

Swift service for a great product
Swift service for a great product. However, reception from the aerial was difficult in my fathers care home, until batteries used so that the radio could be moved close to the window.
