Awful communication

I have had a very similar experience to recent reviews on here.
I have never ordered before and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
I ordered an £85 dress on 12th January and as of today it has not been dispatched. Their Instagram DMs are unmonitored, they aren't replying to any comments or emails - either to the company or the owner.
I can't comment on the quality of the products because I haven't received my order but I needed this dress for Saturday and it doesn't look like I will get it in time. I just want a refund to be honest as if the product isn't right for me I worry about how long it will take to return.
I run a small business and really want to support others but I am struggling with this one and won't be ordering again even if I do receive my dress eventually.

My order was lost

My order was lost, I queried it after 8 working days, (it should have arrived in 3-5 business days) had one response from the customer service team and then nothing I have been chasing for a week now and have had no further responses or a resolution thus far. It was an order of over £150 and I was relying on the outfits for a weekend away.

Delivery took almost two months

Delivery took almost two months, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the returns process is now taking just as long, making the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

I returned all items because the cut was completely wrong. Despite being made from stretch material, every piece fitted badly. The chest area was extremely unflattering despite being made from stretch material.

Overall, the quality, fit, and customer experience have been very poor. I would not recommend using this company.

Order not fulfilled

Order not fulfilled

I placed an order on 12 January for a dress. I did not receive an order number, simply a 'welcome to RELR' email. A few days later I received an email from Evri to say it was 'expecting' my RELR order. However, that's not been updated since. Customer support emailed once to say that they are 'looking into it' following two messages from me requesting help, but I've had no update since (despite me chasing twice).

This is my first order with RELR and I'm very disappointed. I would advise others to avoid this site until RELR improves its customer service. I'll be seeking a refund through my bank unless a resolution is offered promptly.

From loyal customer to deeply disappointed

I’m saddened to be writing this review about RELR / ELR Style; a brand I have adored and supported for three years. I’ve never spoken about any of the service issues I’ve experienced before, for fear I would be ‘blacklisted’ and never be allowed to order from them again. However, I now feel the only option is to share my most recent experiences to be clear about what you could expect when trying to do business with this brand.

I recently placed an order for which I paid in full and items were advertised as in stock (ie I could order the size I want and product descriptions didn’t say pre-order / delayed shipping etc). A shipping label was created shortly after but, two weeks later, no attempt had been made by RELR to fulfil or ship the order. Concerned, I emailed RELR multiple times asking if they could please send out the items I’ve paid for. To date, I’ve received no response. I’ve also been blocked by RELR on Instagram (actually - I was blocked, told it was a mistake, unblocked and blocked again) making it impossible for me to contact them by other means.

The items were eventually shipped on day 15 - this is the point at which most banks allow you to start a chargeback claim for non-receipt of goods or services.

It’s very frustrating therefore to see regular social media posts from the business owner sitting in bed and reading during regular working days/hours. It’s been repeatedly stated that the business is a small team of 4 people who work tirelessly to pack and ship orders, when public behaviour displays evidence to the contrary. This clearly shows RELR customers that their orders are not a priority to the business owner anymore. That’s really disappointing.

I have seen other recent reviews describing the same challenges as I’ve had.

I also experienced a similar issue with RELR in December 2025 (which, after multiple emails and stating I’d initiate a chargeback, was resolved) but decided to try one more time to order as it seemed like some of the service pain points may have cleared. I feel really stupid for thinking this.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as customer service and fulfilment appear to be extremely unreliable.

No product received despite money coming out!

Ordered some leggings 3 weeks ago, money came straight out but still no leggings. I have emailed twice - first time I got a reply saying they'll chase up with Evri and update me - firstly, I didn't receive a dispatch notice so clearly not an Evri issue and secondly, they didn't update me. So, I sent a second email chasing up again which has just been ignored. I also DM'd on insta and have been ignored again.

I am now reporting them for scamming me out of my money. Do not waste your time nor money on this company

Terrible customer service.

Very very disappointed to have to write this as I have followed the brand creator Emily before she even had a brand. However the customer service from RLER is beyond shocking. My parcel has been stuck since the 15th - if it was even sent at all. I have emailed 3 times with zero response from customer services (I dont want to hear my email was sat in spam or what ever other nonsense you're telling people, its a business that people are spending hard earned money with, run it better ) or from Emily herself on her social media, she actually continued to respond to other comments and ignore the poilte comment asking her to see whats going on as, which honestly shows just what they think of customers. The comments have been limited on all of the platform which instantly screams red flags yet they continue to post. Whatever has happened to this brand is really sad as I was genuinely a fan and couldn't wait to buy this dress! If customer services for RELR see this please check emails as I have now cancelled my order using my consumer rights, I am also within my 14 days cooling off period and i have no item or explanation. I have raised a dispute with shopify/affirm with proof of emails and the 'tracking'. Final point - sadly id recommend avoiding.

Save the stress and do not buy!!

If you actually get your order delivered then the products are great. Unfortunately the customer service is shocking, no response to emails or social media messages when chasing up your order. All comments have now been limited on all platforms which is a major red flag. The founder Emily is constantly posting on her own page so perhaps she could take a break off that and actually run her company properly! If I manage to get a response or my items delivered or refunded then it’s safe to say I will never buy from this company again.

Do yourself a favour ladies and don’t put yourself through the stress of buying from Relr. Spend your money elsewhere

Great quality bodysuits, but some contact difficulties

I’ve ordered from them twice before and love the items and quality. However, my husband ordered me something for Xmas, which does not fit right. I attempted to contact them with all possible methods (email, contact form and Instagram) with no success.

UPDATE
After my review, they reached out and apologised for the initial difficulties. They kindly refunded the item and were extremely helpful.
Given they are a smaller company, they might not have the slickest or most efficient customer service, but at least are open to improving.

The items I have are great quality, flattering on the figure and good for building a capsule wardrobe.

Very poor customer service,do not recommend

I ordered products from RELR in December. After a very long delivery time, one item (a brooch) arrived broken. I contacted the company several times to ask for a return or replacement but received no proper response at all. Despite this, I am still expected to pay. Very poor customer service and no after-sales support. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Initial issue, but excellent resolution

I’m very happy to update my previous review after being contacted by the company. They explained that they were dealing with staffing issues at the time, and my emails were unfortunately being flagged as phishing, meaning they never reached them.
Once this was clarified, everything was handled brilliantly. I received a refund straight away and they’re also sending out my order, which I really appreciate. The team were transparent, apologetic, and genuinely keen to make things right.
I’ve ordered from them before and always had great experiences, and this has fully restored my confidence in the brand. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

I ordered the body suit and the strap snapped after once use. This was early December. Since then I have emailed the company four seperate times with photos however have not recieved a single response. This is very poor communication from a business and the worse I have experienced. Amazing brand, appalling at refunds and zero customer service!

I actually love this brand and their stuff. What lets them down massively is issues getting refunds and absolute zero customer service, to a point where I’ve decided to stop buying their stuff. Most recent issue - large order paid via PayPal, returned they tried to do a PayPal refund twice but it didn’t go through due to lack of funds on their end. Emailed 3 times they didn’t respond. Opened a case with PayPal and 9 weeks later I’ve got a refund. Avoid!!!

Really didn’t want to do this

Really didn’t want to do this, however I’ve been left with no choice due to have no reply via email / social media. Ordered on the 27th November, still not received my order or had any communication. I have supported the company from the begigging and now I’m having to do a charge back with my back. I’m so disappointed. I hope they turn this around as it seems their reputation is becoming disrupted.
