Canceled order and refund
I placed an order in June and when it was 3 days past delivery I contacted you to find out why. The next information I received was the order was canceled and I would receive a refund. Then in July I received an email stating an order was being delivered. I did NOT place another order and sent 2 emails to stop delivery. You arbitrarily charged my credit card. Twice I asked for a refund. The package you sent is still unopened. Please arrange to have the package picked up and returned. Please arrange a refund.
Today I received a notice that another shipment is being sent. I DO NOT WANT THIS SHIPMENT, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I CAN BE CONTACTED AT 613-770-3475.
