My only complaint
The package was mostly undamaged, the delivery man texted me early in the morning and delivered it to my door which I'm grateful for. Remambo kept my package in storage for around a month without asking for immediate payment which I appreciate. My only complaint is that Remambo didn't tell me the cost of international shipping when I made my order. The Shipping cost around $1000 which is more than the item I ordered. This caused me some financial stress, and the shipping was only possible through airmail not sea mail. Please give customers an international shipping estimation of cost for their order before they complete their purchase. Besides that, thank you for making this purchase possible and Happy New Year.

Regarding international shipping costs, we would like to clarify that we are not able to give an exact shipping price in advance. The final cost can only be calculated after the order arrives at our warehouse and is properly packed for international shipment. Before that, customers can use the simple shipping calculator on our website to estimate the cost. Since only the customer knows exactly what items they plan to buy, along with their approximate weight and size, this is the most accurate way to get a rough estimate ahead of time.
We understand how unexpected shipping costs can cause stress, and your feedback is very important to us as we continue improving how this information is explained.

Was surprised at how smoothly everything went. I had like 10 cds and a t shirt consolidated into one package and it had massive amounts of bubble wrap which was great. The processing and shipping was also crazy fast. Literally got all my stuff from Japan faster than a similar order of cds from various parts of the US.

Very satisfied first time use
I used Remambo for the first time when trying to find a way to order items from Japan. I don't know anyone who lives there personally, and I was sad I did not get some items I saw there during my trip, due to them definitely not fitting in my suitcase. Remambo popped up in a couple of searches, so I gave it a try. It went all seamlessly, and I liked receiving updates of my orders, and that there was an option to request the packaging to be as compact as possible to save on the shipping. As a result, I received extra souvenirs that I thought I wouldn't be able to get unless I went on another trip. Recommend the service if you want to receive goods directly from the Japanese shops and not over-priced third parties!
