Poor delivery process by Rementi.de
My experience with this company ist that its delivery process of products bought is very, very slow. I bought the article (outdoor lamp) on March 27th and I still haven`t received the goods after 17 days. After 14 days I asked via email why it takes so long and got the general answer that the courier services are very busy before Easter. When I replied in writing to let the company know that I do not agree to this reasoning as my order was placed in March, i.e. more than 3 weeks prior to Easter time rather than 1 week before Easter and that the overall responsibility for delivery in good time is with Rementi and indicated my expectation to speed up the delivery, no further reply was provided by this company. Now, it is too late for me to use this article (whenever it comes) as my outdoor event has started already. Interestingly, goods I ordered from competitors of Rementi within the same time frame arrived in due time. For me Rementi has significant room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction and for sure I will not use them in future to buy anything they offer.
