Terrible extensions for blonde hair. I’ve purchased these on two separate occasions and each time the hair has completely transformed into a brassy, orange tone. This happened in a very short period of time and is absolutely not normal “wear and tear”.
I reached out to customer service and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the issue on kullanım and refused to help, compensate, or replace the product. For something marketed as a luxury brand, both the product quality and customer support have been extremely disappointing.
I’m sharing this so others don’t end up going through the same experience I have.

Do not use remi cachet anymore
I have used remi cachet for 5 years, I always get the exact same colours (9/55,7/20,4/18) & I have always been super happy with my hair, it usually lasts me 1 year & 3 months.
I do not usually leave bad reviews However this time remi cachet sent me (my hair stylist) colour 9/55 and it was sooo dull & grey, almost as if they had over toned it, there was no parts of blonde in this, it was awful and did Not blend what so ever. (It’s not letting me attach photos however I wish I could to show how bad it is)
Unfortunately the night my hair stylist put my hair in it was a evening appointment and dim lighting, so even though I noticed straight away my hair didn’t look right, my hair stylist advised to see how it is in natural light.
We got in touch with remi cachet, and we just received poor communication, with no help and no way of resolving this, even though they state they have ‘hairsurance’. They actually told me to ‘tone or colour my extensions at my own risk to get my desired look’.
Now 3 weeks later my hair feels so awful, dry, knotty, and starting to split, this has never happened before and I am absolutely gutted.
Also I have noticed the hair does not curl like it used too, and if It does it drops within a couple of minutes.
They have lost a loyal client and i Will no longer be using remi cachet unless they get this resolved.

It saddens me to write this but after yet another rude and unhelpful experience I feel I have been left with no choice but to share our experience in the hope that perhaps Remi Cachet will reflect on themselves. It seems the bigger and more famous a brand become, the less they care about the little businesses that supported them in the earlier days and that is evidently reflected in how we have been treated.
Our well-established and busy salon has used Remi Cachet hair for several years. While we initially loved the quality, we’ve increasingly noticed issues with discolouration, inconsistent colour matching, and a general decline in customer service.
Whenever we’ve raised concerns, we’ve been met with rudeness, a complete lack of accountability, and no genuine resolution — only a refund for the hair, issued after an excessive amount of admin, WhatsApp messages, emails, forms, and returning products.
In our most recent case, we had to remove and replace a full set of hair for a client at our own expense. The hair was sent back for “investigation,” and the only response received was an offer of a refund for the hair itself — no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, no compensation for our time or costs, and certainly no genuine apology. Only rudeness.
Our clients follow the aftercare guidance provided by Remi Cachet to the letter, using only the products recommended and sold by them. We understand that issues can occur from time to time, but the dismissive and unhelpful attitude we’ve consistently experienced is simply unacceptable, especially when the fault lies with the product.
Their communication is equally poor — you call, they tell you to WhatsApp, the WhatsApp goes unanswered, so you email, only to be criticised for contacting them in “multiple ways.” It’s frankly appalling.
We have since moved our business to another supplier who offers far superior customer service and product quality. As the saying goes, a company’s true value is shown in how it handles things when they go wrong — and Remi Cachet has failed time and time again.
Our advice to other professionals: proceed with caution.

Paid £360 for 20 inch human hair extensions in May. By September (4 months) they have lost all their length. I use professional products and take care of them so well, waste of money

The extensions are always great quality with out question, but on my order I accidentally wrote the wrong address.
I used the 'contact us' tool on the website, to ask for the address to be altered, I got an extremely speedy reply, and the package was delivered on time to the new address. Great service

Avoid! Tangled, shreading and dry!
After a lot of considering, I switched to Remi Cachet after seeing a lot of celebs, influencers saying how amazing the hair was. I’ve always used angel remy or euphoria but wanted to see if remi cachet would last longer.
Straight after instillation knotting, matting and shreading began, the knotting and tangling being so bad I didn’t even want to have it down straight, I kept putting oil on it two times a day as advised, Brought all there products oil, shampoo even hair brush. Still I put this down to maybe needing to be washed, 2.5 weeks on I absolutely hate the hair it’s so knotty I don’t even like to wear it down I’m having to keep it in plaits. Never in the 15 years I’ve worn extensions have I had this.
I contacted remi cachet straight away explaining my problem and if they had any tips, no tips whatsoever just told me to fill out a hair report and I’ve had no communication back, nearly £700/800 wasted on hair!
