Success in a transfer from a US Bank to a new NRE account was achieved after numerous attempts and website issues, which were all sorted out. It took a while - however the RemitMoney Technical Support team and the Axis Relationship Manager did try very hard to address the issues and were very courteous throughout.

Excellent customer service experience. Very helpful.

I received the call customer care in Germany within 45 mins I sent the may query email. The service was really quick and the person I talked with was very nice.
One small thing, it is a kind of technical issue, the sound quality was not good, I was not able to understand what he was talking although I came out of my office. It could be due to some problem in the system. The Remitmoney team may to look into it to make their service without any problem.

i feel to slow about transfer money to India, but after discuss with support team and i realized about work holiday in India cause to slow transaction.

Great experience with Remitmoney.com so far. I called Aftab yesterday regarding money transfer. He tracked my transaction and told me that it would be completed by the end of the working day yesterday. I thought it would atleast take couple of days but to my surprise it was completed in just few minutes after I spoke to him. He is awesome!!
