DANGEROUS - Will Burn Your House Down

Absolute snake oil salesman (Alex, the owner). Do not trust or believe a word they say. Sold a "custom" kitchen. He will promise great prices because he sources everything and can pass his discounts through to you. In reality this is his way of buying cheap shit and pocketing the money. We received cheap cabinets from China that were not properly installed, not straight, not aligned, not hung in studs. We participated in NONE of the design. They created a "picture" of our kitchen and proceeded to order the cabinets they saw fit. We were not consulted about a single element of the order. Cabinets were supposed to be painted at factory. The cabinets arrived white and unassembled, which no reputable cabinet makers do (they assemble at factory) and vendor planned to paint them in the kitchen. He gives you no options because he gets NO options from "his" vendor in China. He buys sizes and shapes they sell and then tries to make it work. The installers had no specs either and had to "guess" where everything went based on the picture, which resulted in multiple errors and movement causing damage to the already poorly assembled cabinets. The electrical was a disaster with visible wiring in all of the island cabinets. The LVT they installed incorrectly had gaps everywhere that they attempted without success to repair multiple times. I begged for a project plan and detail specs, drawings, design docs. Nothing. At one point, Alex told me the project was too small for a project plan or design docs. Too small??? In excess of $60k and gutting 1/3 of the first floor of our house! After termination, we hired a home inspector who found that they had left live wires hanging out of the walls, installed the wrong voltage for appliances and worst of all, installed a DRYER vent for our commercial grade hood that would have caught fire if we tried to use it. We decided to flush in excess of $30k we had paid them and completely start over with a different vendor. DO NOT HIRE.
