The worst service that you can get

The worst service that you can get. It is takings days and weeks to get a response, after multiple follow-ups and raising things higher up the chain...Impossible to talk to someone directly and ask questions and clarify.
Very, very frustrating experience with Remote so far. This is not a single case , but every time.
The one company I would not recommend under no circumstances.

My experience

My experience was fantastic largely due to the friendly and efficient service I received. Every interaction was smooth, and my needs were addressed promptly.

The company is clearly doing a great job with customer retention and service quality. My constructive feedback is that extending the support hours on weekends would be highly beneficial for customers with busy weekday schedules

Great Service

Support ticket was answered promptly and my query was answered with clarity and completeness. Customer Service representative connected me with the renewal team on the same day and issue resolved. Very happy with support experience.

Careful and complete process, minor improvements needed

The whole experience was quite easy, the response time is totally acceptable and competent. I felt guided and all the information provided was quickly solved by the support. The only thing I faced was: should I be already living in the country where I'm relocating to, the whole process would have been 5/5. If you're still in the process of planning the relocation, the intervention from the support team will be paramount over the process because it's possible to proceed without their guidance. But they will be there for you, in a way that's kind, polite and efficient.

Mistakes on my payslip and no reply

There are mistakes on my payslip causing my taxes to be a lot higher than it should be. Any questions raised via the ticket system is already unanswered for more than 1 month. Still waiting for a response...
