I used them and didn't see how they were able to help me find a good job out there. There are better places to use. If you also forget about your automatic renewal. They will not refund you back.

Beware! Like several others, I paid for a week to test out the service. Couldn't find any jobs that were for me and was only getting recommendations that were really irrelevant, so figured it just wasn't for me and moved on. Then today I was charged €20 for another week with no warning at all.

Update: One week after cancelling, I have been charged again. The cancellation process is deceptive and requires you to confirm several times, with each proposing a discount to distract you from the small "confirm" button.

I paid for a 1-month plan. The next step was to create a password. After entering a password, the words "Password Exist" appeared so I entered ten (10) more different passwords with each of them ending in "Password Exist." I'm done and I want a refund.

If I could give zero Stars I would. This company is terrible and will not refund my money even though I never used their service to apply for a job. When I logged in and would search for jobs, there weren't even any good jobs. None of the listed offerings were used in all of the advertising and none met the claim to be simple, easy to apply for and that anyone could qualify for.

I have a full time job and was hoping to add a part time remote job on the side and eventually go full time remote to work in another state. This company is NOT the place to help you find those jobs!

Their money back guarantee is careful to state if you fulfilled their initial subscription, there is no refund until you complete their terms of 100 job applications. Even during the subscription period, they have terms to meet for any refund.

Be careful and read the fine print because even though I've never used their service to apply for one job, I fulfilled the original subscription period of 90 days so they will not refund any of the money even though I'm now 2 months outside of the 90-day subscription window.

I believe my request to refund the most recent 30 day renewal payment is valid and only asked to be refunded for the one time payment. Their customer service just repeats their same blanket statement and probably doesn't speak English as their 1st language from their responses.

I will be reposting them to the Colorado Attorney General for fraudulent practices but I am sure nothing will come of it.

Be warned! No good will come from anything they promise!

I wish I could upload images to support this. Do not believe what they replied. They only replied and the payment conpany refunded me after I posted this. Still no reply from RemoteJobsFinder.

Best case they need to train their customer service better.

Regarding your refund request — please note that our Money Back Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted. Since this charge took place during an active renewal period, it isn’t eligible for a refund per those terms I'm afraid.

The site is really easy to use, lots of job listings and they all seem legit. I found a job after about three weeks of using it, before that I was searching on my own for almost six months with no luck. What I liked most is that you see relevant openings right away, not a bunch of random stuff you have to filter through.

Experience was great. I had an issue with my account and the issue was resolved right away. Not a long wait and great customer service.

Very easy and intuitive. Lots of options to help me get the most of my resume.

Honestly didn’t expect much but it actually helped. Threw in my skills and it started pulling up legit remote gigs, not the usual junk. The resume + cover letter thing is clutch too, saved me from rewriting the same stuff 20 times. Still digging through listings but yeah, already way faster than doing it all by hand.

Easiest resume I have ever made. The auto fill feature is very helpful

Cant say this service solved all my problems but they never promised that either. The job matching works pretty well. I found around 15 offers that actually fit me, still negotiate with 3 of them. Overall the service is worth the money

Love seeing the pool of remote positions on this platform. Everything is NOT remote, but I have applied to plenty. Hope to hear back soon.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The opportunities were not relevant to my search criteria, yet I was charged $34 weekly with no results. BUYERS BEWARE before signing up.

I received an immediate response after I sent my email. Very responsive and helped me solve my issues.

They approached me with understanding which I appreciated and helped me solve the matter smoothly and swiftly. They helped me understand and gave me tips I should take into account when future using the website which I know will make a difference in future use and enhance my experience.

Worthless customer support. I canceled my membership a week after signing up, but it didn't go through properly. And now they say it's my fault and I won't get a refund.

This platform is extremely shady. I signed up for one week at a $8.99 “discounted” rate for one week. Seven days later I was automatically charged $19.99 to resume every WEEK until I cancel. Shady point #1. The only options during the signup process is: one month, three month, and one year. Shady point #2. I received separate emails from two different companies referring to three references about my subscription, super confusing…Shady point #3. I received an email referencing their “money back” guarantee referencing that anyone asking for a refund has to provide SNAPSHOT proof of 100 resumes submitted etc…. There aren’t that many jobs on the platform to apply to! Shame on these people for taking money for those looking to make money!!

The site is not user-friendly for scrolling through jobs. It posts several irrelevant jobs that do not match my requirements. The monthly fee is very high.
The claims to make it easier than other sites were blown out of proportion to attract new paying customers.
