The software was more complicated than I thought but the support guy made a special video just to cover the part that I was having trouble with. Overall it was ok. If you do business with them it's best to check the tutorials page which for some reason isn't on the menu as the instructions are good but hard to find. I wont post a link, but google "remote keyloggers tutorials".
