Recruiters often lack organization, frequently change appointment times, and use WhatsApp for communication, which feels too personal. I believe they should stick to email. It's also strange that they don't let you directly ask questions to clients—potential future bosses. Leave you waiting 20 minutes for them to join, meetings can be abruptly cut off no questions asked and they assign unnecessary tasks that waste your time with no actual feedback nor does the client see it beforehand.

I cant recommend Remote Recruitment enough. They provide amazing support from start of recruitment process right to when you get placed for a position. I was placed with a great UK company earlier this month. I appreciated how Remote Recruitment helped me prep for the interview. Their responses have always been quick. I mostly dealt with Gia and she was very supportive.

My only advice to them is to provide more information in the job posts and upfront regarding the type of employment, i.e., if it's an independent contract position, hours, days off, payment, etc.

Emily is a an emotional boss who has no idea how to run a functional business. She hired me after a company I interviewed for was not interested in me. I left a very stable company for this nonsense only to be fired for NO REASON a month later. Never got paid for overtime, I worked overtime every single day, never got a single lunch break. Her second in command Rebecca and Bianca have a high school mean girl mentality, if Emily isn’t happy, they will turn on you to. Emily runs her company on WhatsApp groups, I was apart of over 50 WhatsApp groups. They treat new employees horribly, making them do any odd jobs they don’t want to do whether it is part of your job description or not. They treat candidates even worse, making them do ridiculous tasks, expecting them to jump through hoops to get low paying jobs. This company needs to be reported ASAP.

Absolute horrible experience with this company. Emily is money hungry, toxic and treats candidates and some employees extremely bad. Would not recommend anyone to use or work for this company.

Their focus leans too heavily on the needs of the businesses and they forget that forging relationships with the candidates based on trust and empathy will guarantee you success. From my experience I would not want be recruited by a company that makes me feel like I’m just an object and a means to their financial goals. Emily has it all wrong here.

Really the poorest agency Nationwide, no website, clickbait automated robots is the only thing anyone will find here. Be warned do not waste your time.

We sent hundreds of unsubscribe requests to Emily, PR@ and Hello@. All are ignored. For a supposed UK firm, they are absolutely in violation of GDPR. They cannot be trusted. No reputable company would work with any firm that disrespects UK and EU Laws - especially law implemented SIX YEARS ago.

Their website is offline - maybe hiding from all the companies complaining?

Another company that has no clue on GDPR rules, keeps on sending spam week after week despite unsubscribing to emails that I never requested nor want.

Remote recruitment is more than unprofessional. Their sales pitch is exploiting highly skilled South-Africans at highly reduced rates.

If you are a job seeker, they will waste your time, not honor your contract and ghost you.

If you are a business owner and fairness and mutual respect is part of your mission statement you should ask yourself why you are engaging with an illegitimate recruiter.
