Fraud: site advertises "Just put batteries and it is ready-to-use." but it does not work. Next they are telling me it can be re-programmed....

Great service and everything i was looking for.

2 Failed deliveries. Now they are not even responding to my emails. First paid for in May 2021, it's now September 2021. Not sure where the trouble lies here whether it's Remotes World or the postal service they use. If it is the postal service/courier then they have internal security problem. Consider this when ordering from this company. I'm down about AU$30.00

I'm happily changing my review to 5 stars for Remotes World. They are doing the best they can, they acknowledged my problem and refunded. The fault is with postal system. Be careful with the shipping you select. thank you remotes world.

Initially I had difficulty understanding the use sheet provided but with a little trial and error, I was able to control the bar functions. I imagine the remote control could operate numerous machines. I recommend the product but the information sheet provided requires som study and practice to use.

I had a slight glitch with the remote i received and these guys bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Great customer service and awesome communication. Highly recommended

Well it took time to get it to Sweden but the control works very good for my old Yamaha surround system . It came with instructions but some you have to figure out yourself . Light weight , good design and easy push buttons . And it was much cheaper to buy from Remotes World even if i had to pay some tax to the toll here . It was well worth waiting for . I recommend it . Thank you !

Remote works as expected it was the only remote for a UEBO M400 media player .

Las instrucciones que me dieron las ejecuté y no siervieron de nada. Les envié resultdos y fotografías, y me volvieron a contestar lo mismo, como si quien contesta fuera un robot. Lo he dejado por imposible, porque es entrar en modo bucle, me hacen perder el tiempo y no soluciono el problema.I carried out the instructions they gave me and they were of no use. I sent them results and photographs, and they answered the same thing again, as if the person who answered was a robot. I have left it as impossible, because it is to go into loop mode, they make me waste my time and I do not solve the problem.

It was really hard to find a replacement for the remote control of my Samsung TV. I tried 2 different suppliers that I found in Amazon but their equipment did not work properly. I feel glad now that I found this one. It doesn't look like the original one but it performs very well. The delivery time was ok, just as promised.
