I have the same problem as the other…

I have the same problem as the other raters. I purchased a 2 pack for my Dodge Durango they will NOT program. I went to a program specialist he said he never saw this type of problem before. I don’t know why eBay doesn’t allow ratings on this company! Go to Tom’s keys a reputable company that stands behind their products. Tried to contact their customer service, I’m still waiting!

Remotes are duds and RemotesRemotes won’t help

I bought a two pack of remotes supposedly compatible with FCC ID KPU41794 for a 2007 Mazda3, from remotesremotes.com. I followed the instructions on remotesremotes.com, and looked up better, more complete instructions on Google and YT. My original remote will respond to the programming, but both new remotes are duds. I replaced batteries in both - still duds. Over the last ten days, I have messaged and emailed remotesremotes.com - no response. Is remotesremotes.com a scam? Beware!

Bought 2 pack

Bought 2 pack. They indicated simple DIY programming. Not only is it not programmable by purchaser, they require an account and your credit card info before they will even let a locksmith program it. Then it turns out no locksmith will touch it. This company is a scam.

Non functional keys!

I bought key blanks with lock/unlock transmitters from this company for my car. I spent an additional $50 getting the blanks cut to work.
The remotes failed when attempting to program them through multiple attempts. I finally got one of the two to program but it would inly work sporadically if holding the remote on the cars window.
They refused to provide functional remotes and only offered to let me return them without reimbursement for additional costs incured.
I purchased keys from a different company that work perfectly. Remotesremotes is a scam enterprise.

I am glad that i did not order

I tried to order a remote, I typed all the necessary information and clicked to pay by credit card, however the site says that the paypal information is not correct.
I did it twice, but each time I get the same line that the paypal information is not correct.

Long review, happy ending

Long review summary: I recommend remotesremotes. I saved over $300 by using them instead of the Ford dealer.

I ordered my remotes from Remotesremotes. I don’t know why so many have given poor reviews, so I’ll add my story. When I got the keys (integrated fob and key) I programmed them for remote entry. They worked!
Then I went to a locksmith to get them cut. I thought I was all set but no! The keys would turn the ignition, but wouldn’t start the truck (F150). I went back in to the locksmith and they told me the key head chip had to be programmed and they would for a small fee. Then they put the key in some device. The locksmith told me the key was not compatible with my original key. I called customer service to return the keys and the rep asked me if I was willing to try programming them myself. I said sure. She walked me through the process and IT WORKED!
I recommend remotesremotes. I saved over $300 by using them instead of the Ford dealer.

RemotesRemotes.com saved me a lot of money and headaches💯👍

The reason I'm writing on this review is because there's a lot of negative reviews on this company, but I just purchased a two pack of remotes for $30 for my '03 Taurus (online).....
They accidentally sent me 4, and each and every one of them works 👍
I'm not even sure if I should return the extra 2, but these guys did great by me 💯
The hardware store up the street wanted $200 for one whole remote, or only $35 for just the casing, I settled for just the casing....
And they even sold me the wrong case😲

I am a senior lady who is not very…

I am a senior lady who is not very techy. I ordered remotes with keys at remotesremotes.com and the Chevy dealer here wanted $145 to program them (2 sets). So I said no, please just cut the keys (they didn't charge me for that) and I'll try to program them myself. The Chevy dealer told me that if they programed them, they might not work, that it would take an hour labor, and I would still have to pay the $145. Well, I took the newly cut keys home, and it took me about 15 minutes to re-program the keys and remotes myself. I was so excited! The directions were clear and it was easy to do. I have a 2008 Cadillac DTS, and please note that the "i" button was on the panel of my car, not on the steering wheel. But it worked great!

Beware

Beware, bought a pair of remotes, one was defective. Had to pay a programing fee to find that out. Their only resolve was to contact Amazon and return the remotes forfeit both programming fees. Horrible customer service!!

Getting a locksmith is NOT what I was…

Getting a locksmith is NOT what I was expecting, I expected programming Instructions, if I was going to use a locksmith I would have skipped your company product/purchase and just gone directly to a locksmith.

Misrepresented their defective product

Their website said the key fob case would fit a 2009 Jeep grand Cherokee circuit board. It did not fit in 4 different ways. They also said it was defective and that I should pay the shipping back to them. I refused to pay as the problems were all theirs. Their product also damaged my circuit board and they would not provide a new one. I had to spend 170 dollars to replaced my circuit board.
Many , many emails. They want me to pay 10 dollars to return 8.95 product that was misrepresented and defective. I asked for a prepaid RA label but they refused.

Should have zero stars option.

They have no concept of client or quality. If the remote is defective it is your fault, if the remote doesn't work on your car it is your fault. For every email you have a 24 hs delay. They want to make money on Occident but they won't have a technician in this part of the world. Everybody should keep as far as possible from these "people". Their products are just garbage.

Fake and disrespectful Company

Company sends all necessary emails stating order has shipped, has tracking number through DHL and usps but well after 2 weeks of me asking 3 times about my order I finally get a message that they were out of stock and I wouldn't be getting my order. I have multiple vehicles and friends, I will stay clear of this fake site and hope this will help someone else before they waste time.

Not good business. Cheap remote. No refunds.

Well. I have had excellent customer service with this company but that is all, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what...no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all. 👎
