it was easy to convert but took a star off as it was listed as free but cost. price was fine, just didn't like tht link said it was frre and then it cost 70 cents.

PLEASE KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY!

I would like to think this company is not fraudulent. However, my experience with them is proving to be otherwise. I was looking for a free image background remover and Google search recommended these guys — Remove BG. I decided to try them out thinking it was free. However, it asked me to pay, so I cancelled. As I did, it offered the service for free. But it required my bank card details; on the prompt, it said I wouldn't be charged. So, I did share my bank details - FOOLISHLY!!!! :( It removed the background, but it didn't come out well. So, I didn't use it**,** and it didn't even occur to me that these people would proceed to add me as a subscriber. I woke up the next day to see they had charged me for 200 credits and had debited my account - R819 - from my South African bank account. I consider this to be misleading and borderline fraud. I have sent them numerous messages with proof, yet no one has had the decency to respond. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth.
PLEASE KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY! I DON'T NEED THOSE CREDITS, AS I WON'T BE USING YOUR SERVICES.
