Very polite and thorough support.
The upgrade plan change was due to my operational error where I selected a different unwanted plan. When I inquired, they smoothly handled the refund and immediately provided a discount ticket for the overlapping period. It was really helpful. I am Japanese, but I'm grateful that they were able to successfully assist me even with the vague English I translated using translation software.

Unbelievable and sad at the same time. Until yesterday it was a tool that I liked and used often. Now I see that there was an "update" through which remove.bg has now jumped on the monetization bandwagon. The quality that is offered for free is abysmal; the images are so distorted that they are unusable. It is so absolutely unnecessary to charge money for the service of removing the background of images. In the long run, this will not be worthwhile for the company behind remove.bg. This company should be deeply ashamed of its greed for money.

Dishonest company do not buy anything from them
Dishonest company with their subscription like another review said. They are refusing to respond to my complaints. They are refusing to refund my £16 as I haven’t even used any credits since buying it. I keep chasing up for my money every day and they are only trying refund me half of the money. Whatever you do, do not subscribe to their subscription they are scammers.
