I signed up for the subscription and forgot to cancel the following month. So my credit card was charged for another month. I did not want it to continue. I contacted Remove.bg and they immediately refunded my credit card. You can't go wrong with Remove.bg, their product was a real time saver me and worked flawlessly.

I'm not a "Photoshop Person". I have zero skills in that world. I had to make the graphics for our YouTube channel, The Behavior Panel, with no idea how to remove only the background from a photo of a person. I ran across Remove.bg and my entire game changed. They say your Thumbnail is the most important part of your YouTube video. If that's so, then Remove.bg gets credit in helping us reach 1/2M subscribers. No kidding. They do. (Wait until you see how much it doesn't cost.)

Two reasons for just 2 stars.
remove.bg cuts often parts of our models, a hand, feet or complete shirt, if it's similar with the background. A model sitting on a chair shows at the end a model sitting on something. Lot's or work to do after.
But most unlikely point is, that they delete credits we've paid. If you do not use your credits they will be rolled over every month. But they do not roll over all credits, there are borders of numbers not matching with the credits you paid for. And you cannot move to a lower subscribtion because then you loose nearly all credits. The most dubios contractor I ever made business with.

Great wee tool. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

I found this product online and was initially wary, so many places promise everything but deliver little.
In this case however, Remove.bg SURPASSED my expectations! The conversions are great and my speed and productivity have gone up incredibly.
This is likely some of the best money I ever spent (and quite reasonable for what you get) on an online product. Really Incredible.

Truly useful website. I've been using it for a while, and was never disappointed. Way easier to use than photoshop, absolutely flawless on pictures with a good quality.

Remove.bg is the best site for removing and editing backgrounds, the program works very efficiently and gives the option to add a background as well.

When I had trouble editing the hi-res image, Ms. Kasia Sobanska gave me very quick and professional support to figure out the problem. I followed her instruction and had all the images. Really appreciate.

Remove.bg website is an excellent site to use if you're not a graphic designer, to remove a pictures background and turn it transparent. I found the site easier to use than other similar sites. Most of the other sites blanked off part of my image which is not what I wanted. Remove.bg did the job in no time.

This is amazing. This site removed 99% of the BG image and I only spent a few minutes cleaning up a few "spots".
Makes Photoshop (2021) look like photoshop 1960.

BEWARE before buying!!!
Subscription credits are valid with an active subscription only. If you cancel you will be able to use them until your next billing date, later they will be invalidated.
TOTALLY UNFAIR. I payed 39€ to get 200 credits and I had to cancel my subscription as I wasn't using all of them and the credits left are no longer on my account anymore!!! 39€ wasted!!!

Product when it works is great. I had some issues and spoke to a tech. Not much help. I wasted 20 credits trying to fix the issue by taking different photos with different lighting to resolve the issues. Asked for a credit for the wasted credits. They said no. I am a customer of 1 year and i expected at least a few credits refunded since they really didn't have any answers as to why the program was not cutting out the background properly. Pretty lame.

This is an underrated website! I have never found a free platform that performs so well in removing unnecessary background and other elements. This saves me so much time with my projects since I previously used Photoshop and a 30-minute work here takes only a minute in Remove.bg! The algorithm used to detect important factors on an image regardless of its nature (e.g. landscape, signature, portrait, etc.) is very accurate. And if it misses the spot that you want included, no worries, the website has a readily available wand/brush tool that you can use to manually select and deselect what you want on the image. Really good experience and highly recommendable!
