Agree with all negative review, I am adding: You can see last login by support (last login few hours back) and your money and msgs go for vain.. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Scam. As told before, scan starts and stop at the middle.No answer, no reply, anything...

Like others have mentioned, this company is a scam. You pay for their service, the tool that scans your emails stops in the middle, never finishing. They don't respond to emails, chats or calls. Find another platform. Hopefully you read this before purchasing a service from them. I am going through the dispute resolution with Paypal and them right now.

I uploaded my file and their system began the process. Things seemed fine, but their process stalled at 9% completion. A couple days later, no difference, so I contacted the company. A few days later, still no response - from either a company representative or in the status of the process. Very disappointing. I'm thinking I've been scammed.

Scammers after buying a pack the website loading and do problems with login and the credits not updating!

Do not use !!!!! 100% scam i got 225$ scam here.

The service didn't work and i've requested assistance numerous times with no response so I feel like i've been ripped off. This was over 2 months ago.
Personally I would avoid them.

I had an issue with the bulk validation where all of my emails came out as invalid... I thought that was very strange. So I reached out to support and they responded to my inquiry, made a recommendation of making the email field first in the spreadsheet and then returned all of the credits so I can re-upload the csv file with no further problems. They did take a while to get back to me, but I am extremely satisfied with the results! Thank you so much!

There are a few things that I like about this company and a few they can improve on so here's my advice.
Firstly, I have been a user on this platform for the past 3 years. Since the beginning of this year, there have been a lot of changes to the platform: the way you log in with facebook I don't think it's necessary.
Also, the way the list upload works now is different from the way it was before. I am not saying it's better or worse, but it is just different to how it was in 2019 - but I like that you can clean more lists at the same time now.
I like now that the validation is so fast compared to before and for every new list it looks like I have less and less unknown results.
But what I like most about this company is the support and that they stay with me and explain when I do not understand something.
At the end of the day, it's people I do business with first.

I was happy with Removebounce services overall as they're cheap, but unfortunately, I wanted 100% accuracy. They only provide 97%. Still good, but I am a perfectionist.
