Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a laser hair removal product/service with a 30-day payment arrangement and never actually received the parcel myself because it was delivered to a neighbour without my consent. The neighbour denied having it, meaning I was left without the product and without any real support from the company.
Despite repeatedly explaining that I never received the item, the company completely dismissed my concerns and insisted that neighbour delivery automatically meant the order was “successfully delivered.” Instead of properly helping investigate the missing parcel, they escalated the matter to debt collectors and began pressuring me for payment for something that never came into my possession.
The whole process has been stressful, intimidating, and extremely disappointing. I felt treated like I was lying rather than a customer trying to resolve a genuine delivery problem. Communication was cold and unhelpful, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or find a fair resolution.
I would strongly advise anyone ordering from this company to be extremely careful with delivery settings and payment arrangements. Based on my experience, if anything goes wrong with delivery, you may still end up chased for payment regardless of whether you actually received the item.
