My helper

My helper, Oscar, was polite and very helpful in getting me secure and correct the things that were wrong on my computer. I am now protected and feel so much better about my security. He was able to help me get everything correctly downloaded. I am so grateful for his knowledge and help today. He explained things so that I could understand what was happening and I really appreciated his patience and peristence.
