We ordered the full Railway RemPod for our home and residents living with dementia, paid 50% upfront but afterwards communications stopped and unlikely to get a refund as they appear to have disappeared! Disgraceful!!

Avoid this company they are scammers. The scammed money out of old age pensioners. Our Care Home booked the train experience and paid a large deposit. They never turned up on the day. Eventually after many emails Richard the director of the company emailed and said he would refund the money, which never happened and now is ignoring all emails. Disgusting scamming money from Care Home residents!!!

We are a not for profit organisation. We booked the train experience and were sent an invoice a month ahead of the planned visit. Thank goodness we didn't pay it, as we have had no further contact from Rempods. I emailed several addresses, tried to telephone ("this number has not been recognised") and also contacted them approx 4 times during one day on the live chat, and never received any kind of response. Companies House states that their accounts are overdue!!! - I'll leave you to make up your own minds about this!!

If i could give no star would be better booked and experience for residents at care home this crowd never turned up no contact with them wont answer any calls or emails no reason why not cone to home paid gor it up front disgusting way to act amberleigh care home whiston

I ordered 3 face protectors for my children. I waited months for delivery. When I tried to contact Rempods they completely ignored me. Not once did they reply. Luckily I paid with Paypal so was able to claim my money back. So disappointed. Customer service is non existent.

We purchased our Rempod a year ago for our care home - mainly for our residents with dementia, They can watch an 'old fashioned' tv playing 50's films, listen to their favourite music on the radio, as well as read newspapers from the era. All residents have enjoyed the pod, it has transformed the home.
