My experience with R.I.A is 100% positive. From the moment Kait and John first spoke to me of the advantage and savings of having a battery installed to the install of battery and on going support.
Very satisfied with the whole process. Great people to deal with.
Wouldn’t recommend, didn’t get what we asked for, we wanted our house to be able to run off the battery when we have a black out because we live in a rural area and if we have no power, we have no water as they run off tanks and nothing to power our Starlink for reception, so they didn’t even connect the wire up (circled in red - Hinen Solar the manufacturer said that this should have been fitted at install). Other thing we wanted as our house is under one roof but has a firewall between the two residences with two seperate power boxes, well they only connected the one up and the other half still running off the grid, as soon as you pay the bill they don’t want to know you, try somewhere else before going through this company, we went through all we wanted when they came out to quote and go through the property but when it came to crunch time they dropped the ball and now have to seek other trades to finish off the job.
Friendly and honest advice. They are genuinely keen to assist, not just to sell their product. They feel more like friends than someone who sold me a battery. That is rare in this modern world...they are always there for support.
