Fails to actually arrive for their arranged appointments. Doesn't pick up the phone after they make arrangements to collect keys to clean a property and decides to ghost clients who were willing to pay more than the going rate as it was short notice. Terrible service. Would definitely not recommend as they'll let you down at the last minute.
