Jamie and his team finally managed to fix an ongoing problem with our main drains from the house. They were very professional, and polite and left the ground immaculate. We throughly recommend them, a first class friendly service in every way THANKYOU GUYS

We had Jamie and Co of RenoDrain around to fix our upstairs toilet this morning, at our house in Totland Bay...It was not a simple job and had been giving us problems for years, but Jamie got stuck in straight away, found the problem and went about fixing it with a smile on his face! (he would not be beaten!!) I genuinely cant recommend these guys more, if only more tradepersons were as friendly, efficient, trustworthy and polite...I've given them a 5 star review but they deserve 6!! thanks again, Kevin

When I told Jamie all our loos were backing up he came out within the hour. He found the cause, cleared the blockage, then worked out what had caused it and arranged to fit a drain cap that had apparently been left off by the builders (persistent detective work was needed to locate this) so it wouldn’t happen again. All done willingly, cheerfully and with exceptional professionalism. In the snow…. Truly outstanding service!

What can I say. I run a restaurant in freshwater and had a blockage in our wok range. One phone call with Jamie, who said he was just finishing a job in Brighstone and would be with me as soon as he could. One hour later Jamie rocks up, 30mins later job done. Really professional and a really pleasant guy. Would strongly recommend this company in a heart beat. Many Many thanks Jamie and Reano drains.p

Jamie recently completed some repair works on our blocked pipes. He was actually recommended to us by a Dynorod employee, which speaks volumes to me. He came round promptly to give us a quote, on a Sunday afternoon. He was back within a week to complete the job after the materials arrived. His team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in a tidy manner.

Would 100% recommend and use him again in the future if needed. Thank you!

Jamie from Reno Drains has just completed extensive repairs and replacement of drainage and sewage pipe work at our home.He is a highly experienced technician who undertakes his work in a speedy and very professional manner.He is a personable young man who throughout the project was always available to explain the different procedures relating to the works.He shows great pride in his work and I would recommend Reno Drains without hesitation .

Jamie was straight out to check the problem when I contacted him. Gave me sound advice a competitive quote and was very flexible fitting in the job around my work hours. Arrived in time and worked till the job was done. Can’t fault him and would use again without hesitation.

Jamie was on time and straight in to the issue that needed addressing. He inspected all aspects of the drainage into our home and resolved the issue very quickly. He had to enter our home and during a pandemic you may worry about a tradesman entering your home! But alas no worry needed as he wore a mask, gloves and clothing/feet protection. Due to Jamie resolving the issue quickly Jamie reduced my bill which was very generous of him.

Jamie was amazing. He was so quick at responding to our issue. Communication was excellent giving us updates throughout. Came out same day and fixed the issue promptly. Would highly recommend. Life saver!!
