Josh was incredibly helpful, taking the time to clearly explain the HELOC process and the necessary documentation to HELOC approved. He remained readily available for all my questions. Additionally, the online document portal was intuitive and easy to navigate.I look forward to working with the RENOFI team again in the future

Really bad experience with these folks. They kept giving me the runaround with regards to required documentation. They would ask for something, I would send it and then they would ask for it again. Their processing side seems like it's in complete disarray.

Once I went through their whole approval process, they sent the loan application on to the lender who required additional documentation as well as a different amount of cash in reserves.

The kicker of it all was that the interest rate I was offered was 2 points higher than an unsecured personal loan. They also require a 2% brokers fee which I probably should have figured but it surprised me when it came through on my loan application. I would suggest finding other routes to finance a renovation if possible.

We had a good experience working with Renofi on our home reno finance needs. There were some delays with bank, but working with Josh Kelley made all the difference. He was very professional and communicative and was great to work with.

There were some delays with the process but he would always try his best to keep me updated and was very professional throughout the entire process which made it easier and was an overall good experience. I was very anxious about the whole process of requesting home equity loan because there's a lot of information that I had to provide and I was hesitant. Josh made the whole thing extremely simple for me. He kept on top of things making sure that he answered all my questions and concerns and he gave me a lot of information about the different products that were available to me; helping me find the best option for my needs and I would recommend him and have recommended him to several of my friends already. Also the way the website was set up and the way the information was requested was also easy for me to follow and made the whole process go smoothly. I was looking for a HELOC for months. I tried about 20 different companies. They all said the same think. I have to refinance house . I said no way. Then i got a call form josh at RenoFi. He said he can help me get what i needed alot of cash on a HELOC without refinancing the house. I didn't believe him. But me came through. He got me more than I expected he's a good guy I recommended him to a friend of mine and they're going through the process now.Thanks to josh and everyone that helped me out.
