I recently booked a car directly through the Prestigious website for my trip to Rijeka, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The car was in excellent condition, and the service was outstanding. Compared to my previous experiences with Sixt, Prestigious was far superior. I have no complaints and highly recommend their services.

I rented a Vitara from rentacar-prestigio.com in Rijeka… WARNING: HORRIBLE, CRIMINAL SCAMMERS!
I rented a Vitara from rentacar-prestigio.com in Rijeka airport 21-24 of September, looking aside the most nasty representative and filthiest rental car office I have ever seen, this is what happened when I was robbed 1410 euro:
Upon returning the car I was accused of causing the "damage" (1 cm minor scratch BELOW EVEN visible surface on the driverside, left bumper) I refuse to accept what I was made liable is because of the following reasons
1. Not something I have caused.
2. Impossible to have discovered, I cannot be sure this "damage" was already there when I took out the car.
3. This "damage" is something you would normally consider as normal part of usage, I strongly argue that this in fact is not even a damage, hence the "".

Furthermore I noticed a scratch that according to the renter was not necessary to document, he overly nice and servile behaviour when I picked up the car proved to be a very valid red flag, NOTE! To compare it was far worse than the "damage" I was accused of having caused
I notified airport staff and airport police about the matter and both looked at the damage on site and both just shook their heads.

To summarize, this is outrageous and fraudulent and CRIMINAL behaviour from rentacar-prestigio.com rental company and to argue that the bumper must be replaced borders would be just laughable would I not been charged this ridiculous amount, 1410 euro!!!

I am still awaiting their customer care response and the 2700 Euro deposit

They don't take debit card even tho it's written in your voucher ! They said that it wasn't their fault..
And then, they don't offer you any option...oh yes they did : take the assurance for around 200€!!!
Don't go there !!!

the worst company they offered me, I rent the car in Rijeka, (com DISCOVER CAR very good company) I rented the car at the end of May 2022, one hit me and made a 1 centimeter scratch then they found another scratch which I then checked and it was one they had already reported when picking up the car in all they took €400 from me and then of course they asked for damages from the association of the one who bumped me, dishonest and thieves, never again with these people who try to steal as much as possible

Nous avons effectué un paiement à l'aéroport de Dubrovnik, 200 euros de "DEPOSIT" pour la garantie en cas de non paiement de stationnement excès de vitesse ect... Cependant, malgré plusieurs relances téléphoniques je ne parviens toujours pas à être remboursé de ce montant presque 2 mois après!!! L'agence de DUBROVNIK, renvoie la balle à l'agence de SPLIT et inversement.
