I am extremely satisfied. Easy and clear process for receiving and returning the car. Very kind and responsive stuff at the airport office. Highly recommended.

I have rented a car from Moto-Pfohe twice, and the service has been consistently reliable. The staff is friendly, and the vehicles are relatively new and in decent condition (my last rental had about 35,000 km on the odometer).
The administrative process is very straightforward. There is no prepayment required when booking, though a credit card is mandatory for the security deposit. Conveniently, the deposit was unblocked within an hour of returning the car. Pick-up and drop-off are simple: you just collect or hand over the keys and documents at the office and go to the parking lot. The company is fair and honest regarding inspections. For instance, I received the car with a barely noticeable scratch that wasn't marked in the handover protocol, and they didn't nitpick or give me any trouble over it upon return. Taking photos at pick-up is still a good standard practice for peace of mind, though.
My only suggestion for improvement would be expanding their cross-border travel policy. Allowing travel to Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina (rather than just neighboring countries) would be a great addition. Overall, a solid and straightforward rental experience.

This Company is the official Distributor for Ford in Bulgaria for over 30 years, they always persued quality and client satisfaction.
Those principles I found also in the Moto Pfoe Rent a Car company.
I have found there very good cars and very good prices.But the real excellent expirince are the people working there.I have rented my car at Sofia Airport and booked the car 2 hours before landing in Sofia.As I arrived the car was clean and ready and the guy at the office was very friendly and competent.I also had to extend the rent with one day, a quick call at the office with a very friendly lady solved it.Also had to return the car at the old Terminal, another Quick call and they saved me a spot at the parking there. These people know how to win a client and they have won me. I plan to rent my cars there in the future.In fact I already did :)

All perfect: easy booking, paid at the cashier when arrived, no hidden fees, had booked Ford Ranger but the car did not have the cover on the back and I did not like it, then I got an upgrade to a brand new Ford Kuga, the team working there are top.

Best costumer experience ever!
The reservation and delivery process was extremely easy and quick.
The car was the exact one i booked and it was in perfect condition.
No sales tricks pushing for extra insurance and so on.
The deposit was returned in just 2 days.

An absolute disgrace. Do not book this company. They deal in very Bulgarian way. I did call them and they have offered me to rent a Ford Ka for 500Euros. I have told them that they price they are giving me is 100 euros on top, as I did check their availability through Travel supermarket. The lady told me to make the booking through that website, and guess what, next day they refuse to provide a car and they cancelled the booking. ????? Great service, False advertising and misleading customers, Thank you for your cowboy service., Avoid at all cost.

I have been using Moto-Pfohe for car rentals over 6 years now. The cars were always new and sparkling clean, as well as good prices. I have been driving all over Bulgaria and Greece and never had any issues. I would strongly recommend this rental company, especially for people wanting to explore abroad, with no hidden charges and an excellent service.

Great company! I was not sure which company to use in Bulgaria and took the chance with MOTO PFOHE RENT A CAR. A goooood choice. At very good price I took Ford Kuga. It was brand new and with automatic gear box. Was not sure how to find their office at Sofia Airport but it was very easy as the company has a desk at the Arrivals Hall. I took the car for 2 weeks and after a few days we decided to travel abroad - to Greece. Just one phone call and a quick visit to their Bourgas office in order to collect the needed papers and I was good to go. Very friendly staff, great new vehicles and professional attitude from the beginning until the end. RECOMMEND MOTO PFOHE RENT A CAR.
