Extremely disappointing experience with Pak Car Rentals. I traveled all the way from the Netherlands and have rented from this company twice. Unfortunately, both experiences were poor, and I am very dissatisfied with their service.

During my most recent rental, I believe one of their drivers stole 24,000 PKR from me. I reported the incident immediately and filed a formal complaint, but nothing was done. There was no proper investigation, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. I felt completely ignored.

A professional car rental company should take customer safety and complaints seriously, especially when they involve allegations of theft by one of their drivers. In my experience, Pak Car Rentals failed to do so.

Because of the poor customer service, the lack of action regarding my complaint, and my overall negative experiences, I will never use Pak Car Rentals again. I strongly do not recommend this company, especially to international travelers who expect honesty, professionalism, and reliable service.
