Horrible and aggressive agency with poor Management/client skills. Studio had excessive humidity problems that made me sick, humidity and moldy studio always made the walls sweat leaving excessive stale water logs in the room and moldy walls, zero sound proof, you hear all sorts during neighbors private moments... Sure you understand what I mean, don't want to go into details, also you will hear loud water running through pipes in your room, which was so loud when the next studio is bathing or using water, yet they will blame you for bringing this to their attention, become extremely aggressive towards you for speaking out and turn against you, reversed psychology. More like bullies intimidating innocent tenants just because I left a poorly constructed apartment which was highly dangerous to my health. Common areas were always dirty, the cleaning person came once in a blue moon and of course some neighbors wouldn't stop sweeping out dirt's to your door post or even after the common area has just been finally cleaned. The agency ignored these unpleasant habits. Dustbins were left to overflow on several occasions nobody to put them on the street when necessary and major entrance door was always left open everytime which made strangers walk into the building at intervals, the building was a revamped duplex made into several studios that had issues. No form of security, agency never cared about managing tenants who made the apartment more unbearable no rules whatsoever. What was most important to them was the fees/rent you pay and nothing else, if the building is in a mess not their business. No form professionalism, they always responded aggressively. Washing machine was always in a bad state, no form of regulation, if you complain this agency will become aggressive towards and even send out threats. I don't recommend them. Be careful with them except you want to rent poorly constructed and managed buildings. You become the problem for speaking out about things not working in an apartment you paid agency fees of 600 euros as a student that works just 20 hours on a minimum wage, the least I expected was a secured sanity apartment but I got the reverse, the worst part is how they reacted aggressively with poor management and customer experience practices. I had a very bad experience with them and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! They will even threat to take you to court because you left an honest review about your experience with them or persuade you to delete the reviews. Run from these guys!! Poor rip off practices.
There are bad reviews about them and honestly they are true. Do not be deceived by fake reviews and the repainted apartments and pictures.
They will quickly repaint the apartment to cover up the traces of humidity and, once you move in, you are in for surprise plus stuck for 1 year of which you must not complain so you don't turn out to become their enemy. They are to flee from! I will add pictures soon of the moldy apartment including their aggressively toned emails.
