AVOID - do not return deposits, to far from airport & supply cars smaller than ordered
AVOID - The whole experience was shocking: From Mr Sulayiman picking up 4 people with luggage in a small car to take us 10 minutes drive away with luggage in our laps to collecting a car much smaller than we ordered. On return, we had to wait 20 minutes for transport to take us back. THEN IT IS THE DEPOSIT YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK OR HEAR FROM THEM AT ALL FOR 2 to 3 MONTHS UNTIL YOU GET THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY INVOLVED - DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE DEPOSIT VIA REVIEWS

I have been using Amex rental for almost 6 months now and they are very friendly and professional even if you have a problem they try to fix it and solve it. I even recommended a relative to rent from them and the car that was received needed a bit of maintenance we in formed them and they changed the car for us immediately and they even didn’t count the first two days of the rental. So they are even very professional in case that you get a fine they share it with u and they inform you about it not like other rental places that don’t tell you the details of the fine and they give you a random number to pay and they say it’s a fine . So definitely I’m recommending Amex rental for everyone I know

❌ Don't Book Online — Just Call Them!
DISCLAIMER: This review is about their online service only and doesn’t reflect their in-person experience, which I believe is much better. I’m sure the staff are great face-to-face — but their online process? Not so much.
Yes, they are real, and yes, they exist — but they’re far from being a professional online booking agency.
If you’re not physically in Dubai, don’t rely on the website to book. Instead, call them directly and ask for the list of cars available for your dates. Why? Because if you book online, there’s a strong chance you’ll get a message saying the car you booked isn't available, and they’ll try to push you toward something else.
🚗 Pro tip: If you're in Dubai — just pick up the phone. The staff will help you find what’s actually available, and the prices are honestly great. You really can’t beat them on affordability.
🙏 I genuinely hope they improve their online system or hire someone who can sync the website with real-time availability. It would save a lot of frustration and reflect better on what’s otherwise a solid rental company.
