If you’re looking for a rental reporting company, Rental Kharma is by far the best option. Their customer service is exceptional and they truly care about their clients.

I had an issue with one of the credit bureaus and Erik personally stepped in and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. That level of attention is rare, especially compared to other companies that take your money and don’t follow through.

The only reason I chose this service is that it's the only one that had any reviews on Trust Pilot. I signed up for their service on 6/4/25; today is 6/23, just under 3 WEEKS later! They claim your score will increase within 10 days. There has been ZERO INCREASE IN MY CREDIT SCORE! They're also non-responsive when you call to get updates, which is what you have to do, because your dashboard doesn't give you any information. The only good thing about this company is that they have a 90-day refund policy, which I'm sure I'll be getting.

It was a great experience with this company from the start. The process was very fast & prompt. I had the pleasure of talking with Chloe. She was very helpful & informative. Rental Kharma posted to both my TransUnion, & Equifax about a week after signing up. Which is fast. They posted the first time of move in date which was 11yrs ago. then past 2 years of payment history! My score didn't go up very much but after payments on time it will boost. Score went up like 6points... I will update when score increases more to 5 stars..
