Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the inconveniences caused. Our records indicate the order was shipped on 08/17/2017. However, the tracking information from UPS shows that it wasn't actually shipped until 08/21/2017. Once it was shipped on 8/21/2017 it was delivered on 08/26/2017 which would have been within the estimated time for delivery but for some reason our system had a delay between the date our system shows shipped and the date UPS actually shipped it.
I have issued a refund for the shipping fee today. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact customer service directly via email.

Just Fine!!!
I am renting 3 books from rentbooks.com and it is so cheap if you compare to other websites, but it also comes with some consequences. I am renting 3 books from them, 1 book is totally fine, the other book looks so bad, even the cover looks so messed up (in contrast which is they have on their website), another one is loose leaf version book without its binder. I had to bought it separately in order to make that book usable. I don't care thou since it is so cheap.

I apologize for the frustration. Most of our rental items are used books, these are the conditions we grade our books on and the conditions by which we list our books:
New books have never been used and are in pristine condition.
Like New books have no signs of wear and tear, but have had a previous owner.
Good Used books have minor wear and/or some markings.
Used books might have a moderately worn cover, some markings, and/or slight discoloration.
Acceptable books contain excessive writing, highlighting, or other markings; worn-out covers; a few loose or torn pages; and staining; but all pages are still legible.
Damaged books have writing, highlighting, or other markings on over 75% of the pages; a large portion of the front cover missing; numerous torn pages; excessive odor; obscured text; or stuck-together pages.
Returns are easy! Send the return package to us at the following address using a traceable shipping method with the shipping carrier most convenient for you:

Comes later than sooner
Said it would come in 7-10 days. It's funny, the day after I ordered two books from Rentbooks, I ordered another book from Chegg. The one from Chegg came in three days tops. The one I ordered last arrived first.
And of course the books that I really needed were the ones that came later.
But if there's ones good thing about Rentbooks, it's the prices. I feel the question when ordering from Rentbooks is do you want to spend a few classes being that kid without the book for a cheaper price.
